  1. He's had to go abroad with work commitments. He will be away for a few more weeks. I've asked him to update the thread if he has access to the Internet. TBF Selling is always a pain as most people mess you about asking for more pictures and more info then just stop comms. I'm guilty of it myself like alot of people.
  2. I'm looking for a round tip Remus TTE silencer for my SR but have come across a square tip Remus (stamped Remus on the tip not TTE) are these a factory fit item or direct fit aftermarket? Thanks
  3. You need to drill the bulk head to be able to fit the clutch master cylinder. Gear change cables and shifter, Flywheel (turbo has bigger clutch fitted so is different to the N/A) All the manual Bellhousing bolts, slave cylinder and line, manual brake pedal and clutch pedal, you'll need to modify the ignition barrel so you can take the key out and you'll need to bridge out the two big pins in the plug that was plugged into the auto gearbox so it starts when you turn the key. You also may want to change the clocks and ECU but not a necessity. If you change the ECU to a manual one be aware that t
  4. Not quite but couldn't say no to this one though. Get a black one next and mate them seem as they're becoming extinct.
  5. Not the black one no. I got a white one from Aylesbury on sat just gone. Was a long drive but well worth it for a low mileage one at less than 51k. After another no to use a a daily as this one is to clean to use needs putting away.
  6. Wanting a full set off SR decals and stock SR springs (25mm ones) as mines lowered 40mm.
  7. As title if you have a clean Starlet SR for sale let me know please. Luke
  8. There is an earth on the inlet manifold make sure it's attached. I had a manual ECU and auto loom in my starlet and worked as should.
  9. They have a rubber decorative trim which tends to get destroyed when cutting them out. But you can't really tell when bonding them back in. Cheese wire is better than fishing line. ;)
  10. The thing with the new law is solicitors take a fee if you win. so I just went direct to their insurance as it was their fault. Told them I wanted to make a compensation claim and they sorted it all out from medicals to physio and a cheque. No solicitors no fee 100% compensation went to me and it took about 3 month instead of 3 years. You'll loose about half of it if you through a solicitor.
  11. This is what they look like at night without the blue LED. https://youtu.be/nEP3Kloq4NQ
  12. When Jason first made these I bought the first set and fitted another 2 sets after local lads had seen mine, but unfortunately haven't got the pictures anymore. They look awesome. I'm sure mine didn't have the toyota badge though like the first picture. I'm sure you only sold 5 altogether Jason. I had one craig_n and lukerobs IIRC.
  13. Is it the original from factory gearbox? If so it will tell you on the vin plate.
  14. TPS pins Should be numbered on the body or inside where the pins are or on the plug. Pin 1 ECU IDL (throttle closed sense) Yellow/red wire Pin 2 Ground brown wire Pin 3 PSW (variable position sense) yellow/green wire If my mind serves me right.
  15. Cheers Matt. Looking forward to receiving it. "Thumbsup"
  16. As title. I bought an inlet mani with a damaged IAT sensor. Thanks.
  17. The harness is bridge wired pin for pin harness so will 100% fit a MT or AT ecu you will then have to wire the ecu in to the harness there's plenty of AT ecu pin outs available online. From memory they're wired the same anyway engine wise, bar AT ecu has extra wires for the auto box and dash lights, which simply, the pins are there but aren't used and auto box components aren't there in the MT ecu. You can plug a AT ecu directly into a manual glanza and it will run and vice versa MT ecu in an Auto and it will run (probably won't drive mind due to not having the right signals for the gearbox)
  18. He means the big end bearing on rod 4 is knocking. So will need a crank regrind and oversize shells.
