You need to drill the bulk head to be able to fit the clutch master cylinder. Gear change cables and shifter, Flywheel (turbo has bigger clutch fitted so is different to the N/A) All the manual Bellhousing bolts, slave cylinder and line, manual brake pedal and clutch pedal, you'll need to modify the ignition barrel so you can take the key out and you'll need to bridge out the two big pins in the plug that was plugged into the auto gearbox so it starts when you turn the key. You also may want to change the clocks and ECU but not a necessity. If you change the ECU to a manual one be aware that the 4 pin TB will loose a 5v feed from the ecu as the manuals only have 3 pin TB's, it will still work run and drive but it hinders performance when upping the boost. The rear gearbox mount is also slightly bigger, again will fit and work but if you want to poly bush the engine mounts get the auto one or change out the rear gearbox mount to manual.
