Cheers Boys an waited so long for a Double Garage Got a good builder who did my last extension at our last place so sweet price ;), as for planning permission no you dont as long as its 6ft from your boundarys 2.4m to eaves, 4m to apex an less than 30sq/m, at that its classed as a shed!!!!!! I have planning permission as i have put it against the boundary
