Received my clay bar kit last week and spent about 5 hours on saturday in this order: wash, tar and de-bug, wash, claybar, wash, polish and wax. took some amount of time but did work a treat the car looked great apart from me now knowing every mark on the car I didnt know before. Its ruined now due to it being a daily but it looked class at the time I'll ad pics.

Just use standard mate I doubt its going to be the h/g that fails running that sort of boost anyway. -

Materials will be better just the genuine quality all round will be slightly improved. Are they worth the extra money? Absolutely Not. -
Get your turbo from a subaru thats being broken and wepr for everything else.

Vac pipes dont really matter just now as they only cause the w/g to open, they would only be an issue if you were making too much boost. First of all, is the turbo itself healthy? Is the turbine and compressor wheels both undamaged? Secondly when you start the car and rev it at the throttle body with your hand can you hear the turbo spooling and making boost? If yes to all of those then..... Its looking almost certain like you have a boost leak somewhere though. Did you make sure to refit your mani gaskets and the hot pipe gasket? Your advice plus a few wee videos on ebay have inspired me to purchase my first ever claybar kit lol. I just need to invest in everything else now going to pick up some wax and bug & tar remover from Halfords now and ill give it a test run on the Abarth lol.

No you dont need any pulleys off the timing mark is on the pulley and the timing belt cover.

Your not supposed to have an air freshener on your rear view mirror it can obstruct/distract your view of the road ahead. Some testers will advise it some will just move it.

Theres your problem Either restrict the airfilter or take the turbo off and port your w/g. -
Im assuming people just mean once the engine has settled and ran a bit just check the ARP head bolts/nuts are still tight as they are not stretch and may need re-torqued after everything settles. Again something that might not need done but its good practice to do so.

Sounds like your boost is spiking and hitting fuel cut. Have you fitted a front mounted air filter by any chance? -
Course you can re-use any of it. Its just bad practice. You SHOULD NOT use OEM head bolts twice.
