An A1 TFSI wouldn't be that quick mate, their 0-60 would be 7seconds+ which is more than it should be for a car of that size with that sort of power. Also these supercharged and turbo'd vag engines are horrible things to drive.

There are plenty good starlets you just need to look in the right places and have the right budget. Either that or just import a fresh one.

I never mentioned comparing it to a starlet mate. I know handling wise they arent in the same league. I just meant all round i got very bored of my experience in a ep3 very fast the power seemed non existant and vtec just isnt for me. As for twisty roads and when i drove it there it wasnt that long ago and tbh i owned my e92 at the time and at everypoint along the drive id have much rathered be in that.

If you are only running ct9 save yourself time and hassle buy a wideband and a plug and play ecu. If you choose to go for more power later on then you already have wideband there and plug and plays hold their value so you just sell it on and your sorted.

Cant comment on DC2 but when I first drove an ep3 the novelty wore off before I reached the end of the road.
