  1. Bring back national service... Are you stupid? You're saying that innocent people shouldn't die because of some scumbag's decision to shoot a plane down but then we're all up for shoving innocent people from here into other countries to be shot and blown up. Going to war for thousands of people to die over an argument between leaders is a fucking joke. People don't need to die over it, the leaders need to be removed and thrown in jail for someone with a brain to take their place. We're all owned by the government as it is, I'm not going to support being booked in shipped out and fucked off as
  2. Cheers matey. I had d2s before and never again haha. They're out my price range too. Thanks though.
  3. Well it does it in first sometimes too... I thought maybe something to do with the clutch but it's only in first and reverse. Mainly just reverse. I'll try and get a video of it although probably won't be any good lol... It's not really a problem I just want to know what it is as I've never had anything like it before lol. Probably something in the box on it's way.
  4. As the title says. I've been after some for a few months but nothing ideal has really popped up. Anyone got anything? Either coilovers in working condition or a set of decent shocks and springs with about a 40mm drop. Want the 195/50/15s to sit nicely with the arches. Cheers.
  5. I'd defend him and say he only needs to do this and that, but in all fairness the only stuff he's done to it is the only stuff I would change lol! Some people just have cheap and tacky taste in cars. Go on a saxo forum, probably makes this place look like a Jaguar owners forum lol.
  6. It goes into gear absolutely fine. It sounds more like something is catching when you reverse. The closest noise I can compare it to is when it doesn't go in gear. Only time it's hard to change gear is when I drive it near the red line before changing and it feels really stiff or sluggish into gear. Probably needs the oil changing too.
  7. Cold side is the side of the intercooler after the air has gone through it (the pipe that goes onto the inlet). Hot side is the pipe coming from the turbo before going through the intercooler. I'll be fitting my intercooler very soon but running a subtle hidden core so piping it differently. My old gt had a hdi core and piping though and when I went td04 I just removed the hot pipe from turbo and used a long 90 degree silicon with a straight hard pipe going to the rest of the piping that was already there... You can put anything together with a bit of piping. Doesn't need to be stunning as l
  8. Haha you're right there actually as the drivers mount has gone. It is also hard to get into gear when giving it some... Better change the mount eh and see if it sorts that problem out. Clutch is slipping too so the box is coming out anyway. I have a spare I can put in
  9. No mate it goes into gear fine. It makes the noise when actually reversing.
  10. I have optional box speakers on my mk1 shelf and in comparison to my mk3 shelf that had 6x9s, they sound pretty shit lol! Because the box is small (even though they take up half the shelf) they just don't have the enclosure for any deep notes or bass so sound really tinny where as the 6x9s used the boot as a box and they actually sounded really really good... I'd say save your money and buy another parcel shelf. Funny enough my mk3 one is for sale haha
  11. Aye! Got some clear sky popping through now ! I also heard Matt say free food for everyone lol.... Thanks buddy but I already have a few spare lol!
  12. You won't get lost ! It's really easy to find, should be signs for a while before. You have my number if you need a hand
  13. Okay! I've never done it before, not 100% on how to manage this but I miss it so I'm giving it a go haha! I'm copying and pasting the rules here for everyone to read before posting (I have made a few adjustments though regarding when you can post your last picture and using camera phones etc seeing as most cameras on phones are now as good as compacts lol, hope no one minds me tweaking the rules, say if you do ) I thought it would be a good idea to write up some clear rules for the Pic Of The Month Competition (POTM), to save confusion! - One photo allowed per competition per member - Onl
  14. Think you're getting the wrong impression guys haha . It goes into gear fine... But when you reverse, it sounds like its not in gear. It is in gear but it makes similar kind of noise as to when it's not quite in and you let the clutch up...
  15. This is why I don't bother following the weather forecast lol. Hopefully it warms up
  16. £80 firm. With boss and delivery included it's more than fair. Practically no wear on it.
  17. I think all of my cars have done that haha. You can usually feel when the gearstick doesn't go into gear as far as it should. If it won't go in just keep pulling back on slightly for it to go in gear and slowly bring the clutch up. It always pops into gear just before the biting point
  18. Trying to resist a Honda comment haha ;). Opinions and batching aside, has anyone ever had the mild td04 manifold break anywhere apart from around the neck at the bottom?
  19. 1% to yourself? You did a bit of sanding and cleaned them all up n stuff . Got to give yourself at least 4.2% credit haha ;). Joint effort. Few more pictures of the other ones. Really really nice colour in the light . Could do with some smaller tyres but for now they'll do .
  20. When I reverse I get a grinding sound from the box. It sounds like when you think it's in reverse but it isn't and you let the clutch up, except with my GT it is 8 gear and moves but sounds like it's not in gear properly... anyone had this or something similar? Does it in first slightly sometimes too but not very often.
  21. Could well be the solenoid but I'm not sure how to test it to check. There's nothing else to go wrong really other than the map sensor but more likely to be the solenoid I think.
