  4. 5E and 4E crank pulleys are different - iirc the 5e crank pulley has spokes on it and is not solid like the 4efte ones
  5. yes it will be more than plenty. its one of those things you just fit and forget about they are really strong and can handle some proper abuse
  6. fyi clutches are rated by how much torque they can handle not HP
  7. use an alignment/tracking company who use hunter equipment - they have the proper geomentry settings for imports

I have run stock clutches on applications between 150hp-200hp with a dodgy gearbox (shaft play, crunching between 2nd,3rd & 4th gear and popping out of 5th gear) and never once have destroyed a clutch. Spec clutches are weak regardless of what people think I have seen them fail many times on many different cars.
  9. Any competent engine builder will always get the crank balanced before fitting, they will also weigh your rods and pitons to ensure they are all of an equal weight. If the engine was build by TD im sure it would have been done properly

  14. may also be worth making adapter plates so people can run different turbos without having to change manifolds
  15. maybe try removing the boost controller and run off spring pressure, see if that helps at all?
  16. if the bulb is bridging on itself it will make your fuse blow. change bulbs again and report back they are only 99p each

  23. anyone used nengun? are they reliable?
  24. Issues with PEC rods? 1st time I have heard this - been running them for nearly 4 years
