why would someone urgently want a PCV valve, I urgently removed them of both of my EPs lol. by the way they are not needed for an MOT. Just block off the nipple on the inlet and stick a breather on the roka cover hole for your MOT, its best to attach a pipe to it and let it vent to atmosphere or a oil catch can.

No they should fit perfect unless its been damaged or if your car is bent lol -

i wouldnt run more than .8 bar and i would not bother spending money on a mapable ecu for the sake of a hybrid. fcon is a good ecu but will need mapping.

Crank caps is what holds your crankshaft in place, head bolts are approx 5-6 inches long

you will see a small difference but hybrids are more noticeable at the higher rev range where the stock ones usually run out of puff

yes it will run fine but dont increase the boost untill you get proper management and a FCD is not needed if your only running 0.75 bar of boost.

I have sold 4 turbos and used royal mail every time, No problems at all - just make sure its well packaged in a box with polystyrene cost approx £25 iirc and that was 24hr tracked delivery.

management is key - fcd is a ticking time bomb get rid of the FCD and go for a plug n play ecu and then turn it up to 1bar. should be close to 200bhp on stock ct9 and probably 10-15 more bhp with a hybrid. Also change your fuel pump

tell the insurance company how much you can get it fixed for go to another garage or get a trader on her to make up a quote for you. I had to get my mate a cheap quote from a local workshop so his car didn't get written off,
