I need a 1996 spec knock sensor or the connector for the knock sensor off an EP82 loom as I have a spare ep82 knock sensor.

I think you will be lucky to get more than 280 bhp out of this turbo. You will make more power on VF with less boost all day long

remove plugs and efi fuse then crank the engine with the oil return pipe off the turbo. Once oil drips out of the turbo connect the return pipe back and install plugs and efi fuse. simples.

intake side of the turbo is 45mm iirc

personally i would stick to the front wheel drive as parts are much easier to source and alot of the 4wd parts have been discontinued by toyota. This is the main reason i did not go for a 4wd.
