jack it up remove wheels and drive shafts its pretty much self explained when you look at the car from the underside once the wheels are off.

pro - More power gains with lower boost. Con - more likely to det at high power so a good map is very important.

I wouldnt even re-use any type of headbolt so I went for studs instead and also using ARP studs on my main caps and flywheel.

stock bolts are made to stretch. They are technically called TTY (Torque To Yield) bolts. Many manufacturers put TTY bolts in a head when manufacturing the car because they are the cheapest bolts available, and when you are using millions of bolts in a year even 0.10p a bolt adds up.Once these bolts are installed the first time, they stretch because they are made to. Once they are in your car for years they become rather worn out.When you take them out of your head they are stretched and should be thrown away (same with flywheel bolts). Never re-use the original bolts in your head. If you do you'll be buying another head gasket in a matter of weeks.

You can get specif caliper paint from halfords, works really well and easy to apply with a brush. 1 small tin is more than enough.

Any competent aluminium welder should be able to do it.

Definatley sounds like valve stem seals. Just drop Keith or Kon a PM for the stem seals they will sort you out even if the group buy has ended.

Its always a shame when a car enthusiast has to walk away from their car due to no fault of their own

get your name on he group buy for the zisco valve stem seals. They are cheaper and stronger than they toyota ones.

I think its the valve stem seals - compression results look good.

Lol...The previous owner of my V only sold it as he outgrew the car he was 6.4 at the time iirc, He had the lowest rail on the drivers side with a recaro bucket seat and he still didnt quiet fit he used to get a lot of stick from his mates who said he looks like an overgrown baby in a pram lol

150-200 is safe on a stock engine. anything above 230ish on stock internals is asking for trouble IMO

This is correct - Replacement wishbones come with new bushes pressed in.

It should be ok withany decat but you may have to modify the piping on your exhaust

If they only have seals and no tuner stickers like jam, blitz, zep etc they are better known as shop special special ecus I read up about these ages ago on TGTT. They do the same as all of the other Pnp ECUs out there. They would have been chipped by some Japanese tuning company.
