get a blueprint filter they are excellent quality - part number ADT32109. Remove oil cap. remove sump plug and let the oil drain for 20-25 mins - the longer the better, Once its drained put the sump plug back on with a new washer. Unscrew the oil filter its located next to the turbos cold side. once all of the oil has drained from the oil filter housing wipe it clean and screw the new filter in. Put 2.8 litres of oil in the car and put the oil cap back on. I always prime my engine before 1st startup after an oil change - To do this remove the spark plugs and EFI fuse and crank the engine till the oil light goes off on the dash. put the plugs and efi fuse back in and fire her up.

Wossner will be quieter as they have more silicone content and can have tighter clearances than wiesco.

I have a 2.8 bar map sensor for sale - it came of a celica GT4 its a straight plug n play so no messing around just needs to be scaled down by the mapper. PM if interested. can be ran upto 1.8 bar. IIRC socks ran the same map sensor when he was on a power FC
