He was running 8 sec quarter's last time i was at york the car destroyed everything there including the laws of physics lol the way that car accellerates is unbelieveable

@ricky if you are working towards having all your kits in stock then why did you charge me £200 for making the kit and then me not needing it? it was just a standard td04 kit which is I assume is what people ask for the most and i cant imagine there been many variants of the td04 kit and surely if you want to stock the kits anyway it shouldn't have been a problem that I didn't want it because as soon as someone wanted one it would be sent out to them the next day making life realy easy for everyone. you are contradicting most of the things you are saying and then trying to cover it
-
Like i said the parts that i told ricky to leave is my own doing im not complaining about them i complaining about the worksman ship on the parts that have been done, the missing parts, the quality of service and the way that my car was treat Darren had the same/ very similar experience to me as he said add him on facebook if our word isnt enough and you will se the quality of work which i have personaly seen first hand and is apauling (turbo oil leaks etc) I am fully aware that some of the work he does is second to none i seen socks car when i was down there its amazing! Im just saying that

Well it wasnt there when i dropped the car off and i didnt put in myself when i got it back so it has been put in at some point of the car been in your possession

Anyone into Moto X Or Pit Bikes, or Motorbikes in General?
jordan walker replied to Djaniero's topic in Lifestyle General
I think it depends what your going to use the bike for If you just gunna rag it round a field with a few of you mates or whatever then a cheap pit bike is the one for you you will probly get a full day out of it before you need to replace all the bolts its rattled out lol If your wanting to go to proper moto x tracks then get yourself a decent 125 I have ridden both and a proper 125 is a completely different animal! But in my opinion fun for money has gotta be in the pitbike theyre unreliable as people mentioned no one can deny that but they dont develop major problems that cost money jus -
the car has now been sat on my drive for a month and there is now not one bit of water in the car not even condensation the car is now fully stripped inside (it had to be because of the state you left the car in) and I can assure you there isn't even any condensation so don't try and blame that on the seals in the boot
-
right well I was going to leave it at that however your last comment in my opinion tells the whole story about your service "some oil in the boot (that was stripped out and already scratched)" what your basically saying there is that because you have a low opinion of my car it means that you have not given it the respect that it should have had. also I obviously did not think to check make sure that the parts where there I expected them to be as you would from a reputable tuner. and if I had noticed that there was a puddle of brown sludge in the back of my car I would have mentione

I don't agree with what you are saying however like I said I don't want this thread to be an argument so we will just leave it at that and agree to disagree. I still haven't received any messages from yourself as I stated in previous posts if you would like to post the items you have my address and when I receive them I will update this thread accordingly. Jordan.

its not so much his pricing that's my biggest issue colin its the fact that a lot of the parts are missing and the way the car has been treat as though it was to be scrapped and the fact that I thought his customer services where shocking
-
thanks for the comments etc guys but like I said im not looking for an argument or any sympathy etc I just want people to know my story you can decide yourselves on wether its worth taking your car there

the quote that he gave me was... engine 1995 ecu 550 ( I said that another tuner does it for 550 mapped he said yeah we do the same so im guessing this is what he meant) so the original quote was 2545 however this was just what he mentioned on the phone which is what I assume was the original quote but in my experience nothing is official until its on writing or on paper, email etc so that's sort of his get out claus realy ive got no proof he said it other than my word so that 2545 (although the ecu doesn't even have a base map never mind a proper one) plus the 200 he added on
-
That is unreal! How much do you charge for this if you don't mind me asking?
-
when I dropped the car off I had more than what the build cost however due to personal circumstances I had to dip into that money meaning I didn't have enough so I let ricky know and as soon as I had the money I told him to continue. when the car was finished I didn't try to knock money off etc I just give him what was owed. please don't get involved if you don't fully understand what has gone on.

As you mentioned I rang you in November to tell you I didn't have the money and assured you I would have it after the new year as soon as Christmas new year etc was out the way I rang you at the start of January and told you I now had the money ( 2 months where I didn't have the money as I mentioned). so basically you had the car for 6 months instead of 8 weeks. I mentioned that the car was ridiculously hot in my feedback so there was no confusion about it however what parts did you replace to make my bill go higher as from what I can remember I brought various sensors and a cambelt co

I wasnt going to do this for the simple fact that I dont like bad mouthing people and cant be bothered with the hassle that it brings but if I had read about the experience I have had before I sent my car there I wouldnt have took it. Basicaly I did my head gasket in doing a track day and instead of fixing it I decided I was going to go forged so I rang two companys one of which been race-tech and the other been another reputable tuner. Race-tech qouted me 8 weeks aposed the the 10 that the other quoted so i decided to go with race-tech. I drove the car down there in the state that it was in

jordan walker replied to beatz's topic in Lifestyle General
im up for any of these and have you considered croft? theyre slap bang in the middle. -
Tbf the car is going to be mainly used for track days etc and the reason ive got a forged engine is because i fried my standard engine on a track lol
