New nut, thread lock, torque it, fit the biggest split pin possible. Also knock the side tabs of the nut into the flat parts of the CV with a plain chisel.

A TMIC looks far worse than a FMIC. Minor increase in lag for lower intake temps is a fair trade.

FMICs are better in every way and arent very expensive.

Not a lot happning with this at the moment. I have a replacement FE here to swap in, just need to find some time. Went a blast up the woods recently, its such a laugh, and on the roads its really in its elememt. Also got a couple KGs taken off an OEM flywheel, will fire it on when im changing engines. Its already revs pretty quick due to the short ratio box so it'll be interesting to see the difference. Also gonna have to get another set of front tyres soon, quite a bit of camber wear on the inside edge of my NS2R after just under 4'000 Kms. Think i'll give R888r a try next.

You have to splice into the wire around the steering column which gives 12v when the headlights are on. Feed that to the fog switch. Ground the other wire from the switch. Does the standard ep91 switch light up? You need a 'tell tale' for MOT so you might need to use an aftermarket switch.

Yeah thats a good price. Problem with that is though every time you do a relevant mod you have to go back and get the map tweaked.

Depends on the machine but cant you just select generic alignment, not starlet specific. Select toe, castor, camber for front. True straight for rear if you want to set up panhard. Adjust as required.
