  3. Looks like a GT. I mind this film, was ment to be set in Scotland aswell lol, well some of it. Theres no danger that bit there ^ is anyway.
  4. For a GT, what is the ideal plate size ? Mine has shitty illegal fonts and i dont want shafted for them, also the rear one is huge, like 14x7 or something. Im thinking 12x6 for the front but what about the rear ?

    You prob got away with it. The exact same thing happened to me the other day, GT was up on my ramp at work and left it running. And seen coolant starting to bubble out the overflow after about 10 mins. Fan wasnt kicking in... Anyway for the meantime i've taken out the fan relay, wired the + to the 12v ign slot and earthed the - to the earth point next to the AC relays. Means the fan comes on with the ign, might reduce fuel economy a wee bit. But my plan is to wire an in car fan switch into the hi/lo boost button as its not used anyway.

  10. Hmmm, i think we all need some facts here. I bet theres a fair few GTs and Glanzas running N/a boxes now too.
  11. Yeah thats right. Id say its about 10mm deep you need to go. If you get a pry bar just on the inner lip and pry against the box. It should pop out then. Or wait till your new one comes so you know what youre up against lol.
  12. You need to get in behind that bit and pop it out. Theyres a fair bit of metal in them too, the NS one is a bit harder to do than the OS one i found, because it goes in a bit deeper i think. Theyre right wedged in man haha.

  14. 2 bar isnt really pushing the limits of the stock 4efte, the ringlands have been known to take 3 bar easy. I chipped my GT today, used a stone. Drives much better.
  15. Around 2-3 bar mate, manual boost controler, fcd and a panel filter are all thats needed. But, what about an EMB ? Has anyone ever ran one on a Starlet before ?

  17. Aww i didnt know it was you haha. Yeah i thought it would prob be best to replace them just incase. The box should be sound, was sold to me as a good box by a lad on here. They are tight in, i had to use a large lever to do mine. Stuck my GT in for a MOT by the way Ross, small list of silly things so hopefully get them sorted and a retest by midweek

  22. What box do you run Morgey ? I want to see vids of all these brutal LSD starlets haha.
  23. Depends what you want to use it for, 22s have been used on starlets and get good figures. 24 is one of the, if not the, smallest VF with spool times similar to a TD04.
  24. Most of that list hasnt got anything to do with bhp. A VF22 would be better if you could get a hold of one mate.
