Just to add has he got a de-cat pipe? That would be my next modification before turning the boost up any further as it's one less restriction on the turbo.

Not quite right there Micky thats an AP Engineering one as it's running a Map sensor, the ones that HRF did used an Air flow meter you can see it behind the battery in this picture:

It's how efficiant the turbo is at those sort of boost pressures once out of the efficancy window the turbo is just a heat pump getting the intake charge hotter and hotter

Not with a K26 turbo though Matt.... 270hp would be about right at 1.5 bar i wouldn't want to push more than that but only real way to tell is get it on the rollers and see what intake temps you get.

All spacers will load the bearing more chi as your moving the wheel further out from the bearing. what most people don't realise is it's just the same as running low offset wheels that the cars are not designed to come with. Saying that Toyota will have over spec'd the bearings like they do with most stuff so as long as your only going 10-25mm i would think you would be fine.
