  6. so after getting my clearance i marked the thicknes of al chims currently in the engine doing so i was able to get most in the correct range few are still of so will have to order some new 1s to match 1 on the intake and 2 on the exhaust side intake 0.15-0.20 0.20-0.25 0.30-0.35 !!! 0.15-0.20 0.10-0.15 !!! 0.15-0.20 0.15-0.20 0.15-0.20 exhaust 0.35-0.40 0.35-0.40 0.30-0.35 0.30-0.35 0.30-0.35 0.40-0.45 !!! 0.40-0.45 !!! 0.35-0.40 much better then the clearance we started with engine runs smoother already will get those few done soon

  8. nope not really as the 1s used there in ireland eventually the gudgeon pin area had isseus started getting noisey its almost impossible to get pres pins to work in a sliding pin piston as the tolerances are out of sync

  14. Ya tfo stock tdo4 for the forged boost pressure's most will be on stock engines tfo is best turbo around for stock engines 1bar or there about, tfo 19 t ya it is the same size almost as a ct12b with ct9b turbine shaft

  19. Your going to regret going tdo4 all it spools so much later I used to get 1.1 by 3300 rpm the tdo4 is still dead at that rpm
  20. Ecu temp sensor or map sensor is the usual culprit as the will give false signals over feuling Temp sensor stuck in cold mode Or map seeing false boost Does the aem need calibration ?
  21. it will always spool faster then any tdo4 due to turbine shaft size do some homework and lo0ok up the size differences the 19t compressor wheel is not that much heavier then stock td/tfo wheel there's also weight differences by which brand you buy and type of wheel i will have a 19t tfo over a 19t tdo4l al day long pure out of drivability
