Me and socks ordered a Full set of hoses from Roose motorsport which they made up especially for us thanks to socks for taking his hoses in for them to use as a mould. Steve GT Posted September 17, 2010 Author Share Posted September 17, 2010 nah its not top secret mateme and socks should be setting up a group buy on this. weve been talking to the guy making them and he's offering a 10% discount for UKSC members if we can get a few names together. hoses come in quite a few colours too not just red and blue like samco offer for their rad hoses White are absolute porn just trying to get Geo's approval and if he gives us the nod then think socks will be posting up. Hoses with the 10% discount are £150 (£149.60 to be precise) which is a lot but the hoses are millions times better quality than samco plus they have anti fade properties so always look fresh. you also get specially lined hoses as you can see in the pics on two of the power steering hoses too to stop corrosion of the hose and they aint cheap to do lol.so all going well and geo giving the nod socks should be posting up in the next few days mate Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Steve GT Posted September 19, 2010 Author Share Posted September 19, 2010 shit lol meant to put 2 was typing too quick lol was in a bit of a rush hahacan answer your question a bit more accuratly now.The 2 really little 90 degree bend pipes are turbo hoses, then youve got top and bottom rad hoses, the big 90 degree hose goes right at the back of the engine, theres the 2 heater matrix hoses and the last 2 (the ones with special strong lining in them) are the power steering hoses. the linings obviously to stop corrosion on the pipe cause youve probably seen what power steering fluid does to paintwork so the lining stops it eating away at the pipe Quote Link to post Share on other sites
