Thought it was about time i made one of these threads so here goes :-) Here is a pic of her when i bought it...

That is the current spec of the car, im running 1.3 bar through the hybrid and to be honest it has fried it lol i had a RR printout off 211bhp but i dont know what sort of boost it was running at that point. Below are some parts that i have saved for :-

Swapped steering wheel so that i can use the buttons for anti-lag and launch control :-)

Also taken the back seats out.

Im now currently saving for a Zisco TD external wastegate manifold, as soon as i have enough for this i have already spoken to Ricky @ Racetech and im getting her booked in, il also be having a full 3" exhaust system as the one i currently have is crap! about 2.25" i think!

The 5E conversion was done in Japan and it is unknown whether it is forged so whilst she is at Rickys il b asking him to take the sump off and having a lil look, i plan to run 1.1 bar on the TD05 and hopefully il b around the 260bhp mark, il be booking the car in for November.

Im assuming in my head that it is not forged so that i do not dissapoint myself if it isnt lol my future plan is to go fully forged and im hoping to have this done by spring, added on to my spec list will then be:-

Fully forged engine

Port and polished head

1.2mm metal head gasket

Nitrided piston rings

Steel Valves

Titanium Valve Springs

Lightened pulleys

Uprated cams

Uprated inlet manifold

With this work done il then run 1.6 bar boost and im hoping to hit 350bhp. Some of you may have seen my car with uksc at Japfest 2, as i have only owned the Glanza a few months i dont know many of you yet however i am getting to now quite a few people especially the boys from South Wales :-) Il keep this updated, il hopefully be ordering the mani next month :-) then off to racetech :-)

Seen this down Birmingham way at one of the Star City meets, sounded a bit dodgey bit awesome at the same time! :)

What was up with it mate?? yeah that would have been before i bought it, sounded fine to me when i got her though so strange :/

Update: Turbo seals were so F**kd that my car continuously burnt oil, got to the point i was topping it up every week, then the oil level got very low and now i have a knocking bottom end :-( shes off the road now and being towed to Tuning Developments on the 28th of this month :-) fully forged engine, Wossner pistons, PEC rods, Athena headgasket, new oil pump and cambelt. Plus i have bought a TD05 18G, Emanage ultimate, Zisco manifold external wastegate, 560cc injectors, fuel rail, 2.5" exhaust system, new civic rad and an oil cooler with thermostat. Cant wait now should be able to run her in over xmas :-)

Was just gonna have a look at this thread actually, where is the update you big ugly gay boy :)

how come your not taking it too ricky? i think your better going to nick and mike but wondered your decision as earlier in thread it says itwas going to ricky. lovely car mate. fully forged 5e big td05 will be similar to the hrf demo car. that was 400 i tink lol
