Dollar Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 If I had a garage like that I wouldn't have to make a spring compressor out of a table and a clamp Quote

I started off with a nice pile of shiny! with my watch dog keeping watch! Got it all stripped off then took the hub/shock off in one lump Gave the arch a clean and some black waxoil to freshen it up a bit then fitted the arms with super pro bushes and the TRD ARB. I cleaned the TTE springs up and gave them a quick coat of paint to freshen them up! and fitted them in one lump, I got some nice low mileage hubs from Si so they got a coat of paint too they dint need it but got done just the same lol, they also came with as new bottom ball joints too! cleaned up the Wilwood's and got it all back together, sorry for the poor pick but it was close to 6am lol Just needs the tracking doing now! I also fitted my new catch tank from Dean at RW developments. Quote

Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted March 30, 2013 Author Posted March 30, 2013 Cheers Phil Well we have got some more tuning done now! we've taken it up to 1.5 bar but stopped at that as the fuel system and the N/A inlet mani and throttle body was getting restrictive but we did manage to make 226whp and 223lb-ft torque! on the Dyno packs which im over the moon with it drives so clean and im making 1.5 bar of boost before 4000rpm witch is insane for a TD05 16G on a 4E. Heres some picks from the tuning session. These switches are all running on the ECU but at the mo only one works and thats the left one! 0.4bar low 135whp boost flick the switch for Hi and BASH 226WHP!! and a quick video! <iframe width="853" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/RDm973kW_vo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Quote
