What gear box though, final ratios are different between the 2 boxes?? I push upto 140 back with the ct9 on, on c52 gearbox

The ratio's are the same, its only 3rd and 4th that are different. That said you may be able to swap a final drive from another C series gearbox.

I hit 154mph and 152 via 2 seperate gps divices at around 6200 rpm on silverstone GP circuit with just over 300bhp a few years ago. to be honest i could of squeezed some more before breaking but aerodynamics of a GT is Shite over 130 and confidence lacks quickly at that speed, and with monster brakes the bias is front orientated and hence the back gets twitchy (not good at double motorway speeds even if on track)

i seriously hope people don't do these speeds on the road! impressive as it maybe from an EP is damnright stupid (most semi performance tyres are only rated to around 150mph)

I got 135 in my N/A down a bit of a hill (on a race track of course), but that was in 5th and just hit the limiter.

the ecu's can be slow to react, my speedo was out, limited at 119 (112 GPS) if you were in 5th cruising up to it. but if going down a hill or held it in forth i could get 121 GPS before the limiter cut in, which was off my SR's clock lol

I just realised i'll have the limiter in the 85 then because am using a GT ECU, not that it makes much difference because 4paws are supposed to top out at 130 ish anyway :/

70mph though theres a rumour going about that they let you off with 10% so i guess 77mph

Is it worth converting your clocks to mph or is there a digital conversion you can do? Mine just goes wayyy of the scale with standard clocks ha..

Also just to be clear were saying standard box is good for over 140? Am not really arsed about takin it up to that but its always good to know what your cars capable of.. mine runs 205bhp on a hybid tubby

Standard box is good for well over 140 mate, sure 170 is possible on these boxes i think?

Had 147 out of the gt and 130 out of the ep85 that was what the rolling road said on the limiter

Its like a blur changing gears not long at all haha was getting 110 at pod with 250 hp
