steve1093
Hi guys, Thought it was about time that I should start a progress blog as i've had the car quite a while now. So I bought my glanza at the start of 2013 and finally have some money to start spending on it Few pictures of when i first picked it up First thing to do was obviously to lower it. So i had some cut Tein springs that i fitted, which looked great but didnt really make much difference to the handling, so idealy needed to buy some coilovers. Fitting the springs. So after many months of keeping it like this I finally have some money to start spending on it. First thing i wanted to do was to buy a decent set of coilovers, so had this turn up at work the other day Should be fitting them tomorrow, can't wait to see the difference. Hopefully will have lots more parts and updates in the future Edited January 29, 2016 by steve1093
Beastmode panda
Looks well. I'm 99.9% sure that the cage by the dash is for the rear though lol?

steve1093
Looks well. I'm 99.9% sure that the cage by the dash is for the rear though lol?Not too sure haha,I bought the car with it already in. Pretty sure the cage wasn't designed for a Starlet, just looks to have been bodged to make it fit, still in two minds whether to take it out or keep it in

steve1093
Fair enough bud! What does the rest of it look like? Any more pics? Parts of it have been cut, and had an extra length bolted in to make it fit.

steve1093
Small update, fitted my BC coilovers today. Completely transformed the handling, very impressed
steve1093
A few small updates, the cage is now out as it was a pretty poor fitment, and as this is my daily it was beginning to do my head in. Also bought a Cusco Carbon rear strut brace from RHDJapan to keep up the carbon theme on the inside. Slowly beginning to plaster it with stickers...

Amjad
That's the good thing about our cars, so easy to make a big difference with a few mods and it completely changes the way you feel about it!
steve1093
Nothing major today, just adjusted the coilovers as it was a little to high, especially at the rear.Looks a lot better now, might still go 10mm or so lower yet..
