One issues with converting a car to a pickup is you can never use it as a pickup because with all the new laws which came in a few years ago you need to put the car through loads of tests to see what the safe working load of the car is which costs alot of money to do so. A way around this is to just spaceframe the whole rear end so you cant store anything in back. You then just need an engineers report to make sure the car is still safe.Thats how that micra was done. Abit pointless making a pickup you cant use but its the cheapest and easiest way. Quote
