I remember having a few convos with him back in the day when ToyTuning were still decent, seemed like a straight lad. Obviously in the next few years we know that wasn't the case

I think, without going ext w/g or for a turbo with a bigger internal w/g, your only other option would be to try porting it more, or restricting your intake.

Brilliant work mate! -
Looks like Buddyclub P1's or at least a replica of them. Badly painted; they're usually one uniform colour.

Robs Precision Boosted Track Build..She's for sale......

I thought this was just going to be a daily/weekend car, not a track build! Be good to see what you do! Do you two still have that rear IRS setup lying around too? ;) -
I've used (for two years now) a used TiAL F38 that came with a second-hand Zisco CT9 mani kit that I got and had no problems with it whatsoever. It does however rattle a little bit, apparently the piston is a little loose, but it still seems to hold boost fine. Might actually try the lapping when I get the car back just to be sure, cheers for the vid Mikey!

I use a full set of TRD mounts and they're nice. Ultimately though, they are still rubber so they'll still degrade. I think most people poly the rearmost mount and leave the other two rubber for the best balance.

I need to know where this bodyshop is! Just for... research purposes As I said on FB mate, she is an absolute minter. I'm sure you'll do a cracking job of looking after her. Also: ♫Waaaatch your back!! Watch yo, watch yo, watch yo back♫

How are these starlets getting through the MOT with a decat
Bluebear replied to Nicholai's topic in Lifestyle General
As far as I'm aware, no data exists for the cars pre-1995, so all the testers are obliged to do is a fast idle test iirc. -

I think it's the input shaft. Currently having the same issue on mine. Clutch is now off and it looks fine, but there's corrosion on the input shaft. Gonna see what happens when it gets cleaned up.

This is the one you're after mate, fairly distinctive looking. It's off the bugeye Corolla. If I remember rightly, it sacrifices a bit of torque for freer revs.

I thought that was a Mitsi? -
Welcome to the forum mate! First off, one of the best mods you can do is to get hold of the Corolla inlet manifold, much more free-flowing than the standard item. As for the gearbox, aftermarket LSDs usally come up for sale, they should be able to drop straight into your current gearbox no problems.

Think I'm ok for breathing, as I'm using one of the Monster Motorsport relocation kits so that the filter is in front of the rad. All good, just need to start squirelling away some money for more gauges and an RRFPR then! Do gauges come with wideband sensors or would that be a separate item? -

Looking good! Are you running supporting mods to use that ECU? I'm considering going plug&play in the future, just need to get a list together of what's needed. I assume RRFPR and gauges like wideband etc to keep an eye on things?
