That's not true. 110 is far too low unless it's a low comp build. Look at wiring, if that is bodged it's a good indication what the rest of the car might be like. Buy the most expensive/best one you can afford. Check normal things like oil etc
The main thing that affects oil pressure is the bearings and large oil clearances.id drop the sump and look at the bearings. If okay change the pump. Shinning valve is a bit of a bodge

For a hobby it will do the job, obviously not mechanic standard.
don't mean anything by this but why do people K Swap the EK9? Surely in the first place you are paying the premium mainly for the engine? Wouldn't a EK4 make a better base to modify
My CD surround used to fall out weekly tbf. But that was because everything had been apart and banged back together with a mix of screws. Apart from that didn't think they were that bad. But then I'd never choose to daily a starlet ever again
