    Id never use a 30 on a 4efte
  3. cheers mate. Guessing you werent there in the GT?
  4. Almost a year on, made retrorides this year and made it up the hill.
  5. Assuming a bit of lift off oversteer. Coilovers and cage probably made it worse!
  6. lambda and cat temp i think
  7. I guess they are at the age where the automatic is worse on fuel than the manuals. I average about 25mpg over 8 mile round trip, start stop traffic. With a remap it will be about 280 so close to your average spec b i assume?
  8. I fancy one of these to replace my Audi A4 avant, really not doing the miles to warrant a 3.0tdi.What they like on fuel?
  9. Is it interference? It's easy enough just make sure the marks line up. If you can change a belt on a non-inteference you can do it on a interference
  10. Personally, don't see the point stripping a car out then putting a sub in it. Not the type of car for all that rubbish
  11. 5/40 or 10/40 would be no different. You could try a 50. The thing is there is something causing the low oil pressure. And spacing the valve is just masking the issue as is thicker oil really. Oil pressure is greatly affected by the clearance on bearings, cams etc
  12. Not the bearings...havent even looked at them. Wether they are the cause or not, Any period of low oil pressure has the chance to damage the bearings
  13. if the engine is out of the car it is worth changing all the seals and gaskets
  14. Sure you can get 4 bolt to hand adapters. Tial or turbosmart, nothing in it.beware of fakes for either of them
  15. I used a 4efe one on mine, fits just the holes for the mounts dont completely line up
  16. Yellowspeed are worth considering too
  17. Just use a good degreaser, brush it and wash off with lower power hose
  18. If it's forged it will probably have are bolts so will be a different Torque
  19. plugs on fuel canister etc dont need to be plugged in. Lots of cars run without all that
  20. japan racing do something similar i think
  21. you can get them £67 each fitted mate. May have to drop collected price a bit to be competitive. just my 2 cents. Good tyres though glws
