  1. From what I've seen Triumph t600 throttles remove a locating lug on the Tps to fit the 4efe Tps connector Cut up a 4efe inlet or get a 4efe inlet flange made with an inch of tube on it made. Get silicone joiners to go between the inlet flange and throttles Vacuum manifold with port for brake servo. Faff about with throttle cable Plug in and go. Chris green is the man to speak to as he done it on his but then sold it on
  2. I think it's snetty track dude. Yeah I'm heading down on Friday with a mate. I'll be in the black Sr with black wheels
  3. Clean it lol
  4. New discs and pads. Checked cables were operating, adjusted cable to take up the slack and it's still barely working. nothing more I can do other than replace them!
  5. I'm hoping they don't fail mine on handbrake cables. Cba with lying under the car ripping the exhaust off just to do them :/
  6. Bloody things, at least I don't have abs to worry about, I plugged my airbag back in today, first time it's ever been connected was proper paranoid about it blowing up in my face!
  7. Finally got around to booking my car in, been over it checked it out etc but I know it's going to fail just before japfest to cause me a mad rush! And even after refurbing my rear calipers, checking the cables etc my handbrake is still shocking to say the least. Couldn't feel it slow the car at all like they're just not trying to bite :/ might just go back to drums, at least they work on these cars!
  8. I think it's the bank holiday at the end of the month actually if you see this. Hopefully my car passes it's mot tomorrow and I'll be about a lot more in it!
  9. Itb's and a justy turbo will be plenty I'll prob just have my ipod on shuffle tbf. Or if my mate takes over hard style and hard house lol
  10. Could rebuild both yours for 60 or both for 140 if they needed be new pistons. Not too bad a job tbh and much cheaper than a new caliper.
  11. Mine locks after I turn the ignition on but only if the door is closed. If the doors open it won't try and lock.
  12. Looking and sounding good dude
  13. Lol wtf! That's pretty cool
  14. You can use almost any image site. If using the full site (not the mobile version) you can insert images by its url I think. I don't know all the lingo but basically if it's already uploaded somewhere online then you can post it with the right link and right coding. All which can be found on the full version of the site
  15. Ahh this will be why I had a Pm from him the other day
  16. My car has an alarm with remote start. It doesn't work atm but I don't trust it plus it doesn't have a neutral switch either! Hence mines never left in gear lol
  17. Use silicone grease on the sliders as normal (petroleum based) grease causes the rubbers to degrade and bind up on slider pins.
  18. How many gauges haha
  19. Haha very true. I got Mot on mine on Tuesday. Might have to have an emergency day off to make sure I make it! Haha
  20. I had to use a bearing puller on my cv joint on my trueno. That thing was solid!
  21. My ae111 trueno was a different 205 black to my starlet as well.
  22. I had this for the exact same reason. I popped to the post office and they just needed an explanation of why it was untaxed and not Sorn'd.
  23. Indeed. I have got a set of 16v hi torque rods (same as silvertop) but I can't warrant splitting my engine for it. Hence keeping the stock rev limit. It's good enough for me how it is so not bothered about that... For now
  24. Yeah I've seen numerous threads on it. Seems the emb/u is the only viable option on piggy back. But only one way to find out I guess! I'd like a standalone but just can't justify it for a few hp. Fair enough if I planned on boosting it but I don't. I've seen a couple of aftermarket ecu's crop up for them but most seem to raise the Rev limit and when you hear horror stories of the rods going that's the last thing I want to do haha
