I was driving mine around for 2.5 months including a big meet near london with no mot unaware. Got stopped and I got a £60 fine, I even got to drive my car home. Last I heard I would be getting some cnc training so I can convert component drawings to various insert parts and electrodes but that's all very slow in a small place like mine! Should make some Turbo trumpets or something.

Injection and blow moulding I believe. But if it's demo stuff for machining purposes it will just be cnc machined parts on mills/lathes. I assume as injection tools cost loads to plan design and produce. Beat me to it lol. And your machine is huge compared to our lil cnc's at my work!

hopefully sorted the brake situation once and for all now. feel like a bit of a tit for not knowing/realizing but it turns out the rubbers react and degrade with normal greases (petroleum based products) google to the rescue, Silicone or synthetic grease was the answer! so now i know whats going on it was straight forward! Turn bedroom in to a micro workshop again! Replace slider boots with new ones, as the old ones had absorbed the old grease and now would always bind. luckily i had a spare rebuild kit laying around. then its just a case of cleaning all the old grease out, applying some ne

The problem you will have is the inner cv joints. My UK spec starlet shafts rattled around inside my corolla gti box. And they were both C series boxes.

Yeah any 2L non gt four celica should do for the gearbox. Ishaq has put a 3sge in his ae101 corolla and that used to be a 4efte before hand so might be able to shed some light but the person you really want to speak to is Dan3sgte. He did the conversion in an ep82. He's over on tgtt but not sure how active he is these days

Not seen any build threads but there is a couple of them out there. Or at least 3sgte ones. Gearbox would have to be that of a celica (S series I believe). Unless you were to get a conversion plate made up to suit a C series box. The Mr2 box might have the selectors on the wrong side of the box.

Anythings better than steelies lol. Just browse eBay and gumtree. Maybe a couple of Facebook pages that sell stuff local to you. Typically 15" 4x100 with an offset between of et 30-40 and 6 or 6.5" wide will fit problem free

Ep82 interior plastics are different and won't fit ep91 The rear bench is a straight swap and the fronts will need a small bit of modifying to the feet to fit. Run a search for a guide of what needs doing to fit ep82 seats in an ep91

The panels are just spot welded in. You could have a go at replacing them yourself? If it's not cost you a lot what have you got to loose? One of the breakers about to scrap a shell should be willing to cut out the panels you need then you just have to work them i'm place and blob some weld in. (Maybe not that simple but that's the jist of it)
