My levin lsd box spin oposite ways but went you drive the car you can tell its got one. Starlets are easy to see if its a factory lsd, the box is so different and even the rear mount is aswel. Its when an aftermarket lsd is fitted that you could try the spinning the wheels technique

Doesnt always work, depends on the type of diff ;) A few of my mates Vw's dont have lsd's but the wheels turn the same way, just because they're redarded lol

Welcome, that starlets a bit odd. Uk specs only came in black on SR's which this could be but theres no wheels or boot spoiler however the interior is the same as SR's Also it has a reversing light on the wrong side and a separate fog light. This to me shouts out its an import. If you can get some better pics of it and post them up be interesting to see what other differences there are, it could even be a 4wd (probably isnt though) if they have no idea what they have lol

You would need the iso to starlet harness, halfrauds ebay wilco etc should have them. Some cd players have there own harness, should come with it from new so would be a jvc to iso but im guessing you know its a standard iso from the sounds of it. Cant help on the brackets im afraid

I thought the vains or what ever where of a slightly different design to help with the spooling up slightly, help get the V's up to speed. Again might just be something I've read but has no back bone to? Lol Just googled it, B has 9 blades A has 8 on exhuast and the compressor side B has tightly spaced blades, like 4 sets of 2 and A has widely spaced blades more like 8 individual blades. Not sure what effect this would have though? Lol
