  2. Yeah sat night they go back.
  3. Yep sr brakes are 238x18 but some people insist they came with the larger 256x18. Mine didnt but when I ordered a set of n/a brakes I got sent the bigger ones :/
  4. why not just take the tow eyes off start a new trend lol, i dont plan on towing anybody in my car and they weight fair amount aswell
  5. Yeah japfest 2 hopefully went to that a year or 2 back, a mate blagged free track time haha
  6. Its not the arch liner its the plate against ther chassis rail so no chance of chopping that out lol
  7. Not quite the same but my sr rubbed on the inner arch from completely standard, now I've just put 50 profile tyres on its a complete twat. Need some spacerd I think Rolling your arches would be cheaper if u can borrow the tool for it and you have the patience to do it.
  8. haha fair play, but i didnt do the welding just the hacking machining and other bits, i could buy yours but i havnt burnt mine yet and I've got a pair of much better corolla gti seats i could use lol i suppose learning to weld might be a good use for them actually
  9. you will need to get the car up as high as you can at the front and as stable as you can get it, or on one side, easier on the front as the engine will need suporting and it being level is better. you will also need to remove the exhaust (from the downpipe i think) and take it off the hangers at the start of the tunnel under the car, then push it to the side put a jack or prop under the engine/gearbox as close to the mount as u can get (under the bell housing?), then undo the bolt through the mount onto the gearbox bracket, when removing it this will be when the engine moves abit an settles onto your prop. once its settled and the bolts out continue to remove the 6? bolts holding the mount to the chassis in the tunnel, you may need to undo the anti roll bar mounts, 2 bolts on each, to get to all of the bolts. Once out replace with the new one and reverse the procedure. the bolt that goes throught the mount is always a pig to get back in as the engine will have moved. maybe having a friend about to wiggle the engine as you put the bolt in would be a good idea. this is where the car being stable is a good idea lol also you could put a poly mount in your new mount before it goes on, think there £30 get better response from the engine as theres far less movement (just a thought) think thats everything but i may have missed a couple of bits as i did mine on my new engine. good luck
  10. if i could weld i would have turned mine into a set of reclining gaming chairs lol
  11. nice little project mate, gotta love 205 satin black, polishes up sooo good!

  18. Small update, got the civic rad fitted but as with most things with this car had to have a small bit of custom pipe made up nothing major £25 for a slightly funky u-bend (pics i promise will follow soon) the hks mani is awaiting heat wrap now but is'nt going on untill after the fastshow as its going to need a lil bit of modding to fit my current exhaust and may even hit the new rad, so i may have a jd-tuning civic rad mounting kit for sale soon the RARB will be done when the mani gets done as it will be on some ramps. main update though is the new wheels i got from adam starlet87. not sure on the make look like enkie rpf01s or some ams's but as theres no markings i cant be sure. but the fact that they weigh fook all and had nearly new advan ad08's made me buy them. and even came with some lightweight wheel nuts which i wasnt expecting heres a pic of them on the car they weigh 12kg's with tyre speedlines are 9.5 kg's without (will weigh one of mine soon) looking about on google a tyre of this size is 7-8kg's so 5-5.5kgs a wheel saving or 20kgs all round I've also fitted the 98 spec seats and optional extra mats and everything else in this pic is on or to go in soonish... thats oil and filter change manifold hks delimiter RARB front wishbone poly bushes everything else is just random crap haha keep an eye out for some high quality pics of it all done soon hopefully so till next time peace out
