  1. Main weight is spare wheel, parcel shelf only if it has speakers, upright of the back seats and the seatbelts. You're probably talking about 30-35kgs You could always remove the sound deadening from all over the car and then stick all the interior back in and be in the same place and still have all your interior. Stealth weight reduction and its free ;)
  2. Ep91 didnt have OE door speakers they are aftermarket. Its only the ep82 that had them as an option
  3. Get a turbo bias valve fit it bleed brakes, job done. Still wont work, starlet discs are shite lol
  4. Has the wiring been fucked about with at all? Chopped and spliced? Just thinking someone might have tried to jdm the rear lights, on ep91s the fog light and side light can be wired in together so you have double rear lights. Only someones wired it into your reverse light by accident?
  5. Is your side/tail light working on that side?
  6. +1 for really low seat rails, the seating postion on my recaros is fucking dreadful
  7. Im sure someone on here had similar issues, Not sure who though im afraid. Also you can either upload directly if on a pc or by switching to the full version and using the more reply options, or upload to photobucket or similar and post the IMG link into your relpy and you will have the image appear in your post
  8. Compression test and leak down test are the best methods to check. The pcv valve has more effect on the 4eftes as they stop boost pressure going into the crankcase but when they fail they allow it past which is when the oil issues appear on them. The 4efes are usually a pretty good on oil, what grade are you using?

You would use a e153 mr2 turbo box. Bit of converting but nothing major and they can handle a lot of power and torque!

  14. If it gets painted, moted, tax and insured in time... Apparently I've also got to drive from Australia lol
  15. Yeah theres a bit of a mix with the 7 rib blocks. Some 2nd gen were 3 rib and some 7. But the afaik all Smallports and 20v were 7rib. They share rods with the silvertop so are pretty durable. Balance the pistons and rods and Match them to a blacktop crank (very well balanced) with some arp fixings and you've got a cheap rev happy engine. Some yaris shim underbuckets followers and largish cams with management will see around 170hp.
  16. Iirc i think bussey on here used redline tuning. Heres his build thread mentions redline tuned it on page 12 http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/80069-busseys-billet-gt2867-323bhp-v/page-12
  17. What do you class as the 3rd gen, Smallport 16v? Best way to get power from them is cams and ecu but dont go too big on cams unless you change to underbucket shims
  18. It only works on the full version not the mobile version. Not sure if thats what you're doing?
