Gt box will bolt up no problem
-
One gear has bolts in it to attach a puller too the other one you need a very good set of pullers to get off. Be careful though as you can chip the teeth very easily Actually that might be the clutch hub that has the holes in it for the puller
-
Did you do the comp test hot And WOT? I did a comp test on my 20v and that only pulled 155 +- 5psi (should be circa 190) but that pulled really good figures Considering the results and milage (155kms). You could always try the few drops on oil method to see if that bumps the results up?

Really not having much luck atm are you 😂 Good to see you cracking on with it though, might spur me into starting mine soon! -
Use them two site i listed above dude theres way too many for me to trawl through haha You'll want to find the chassis number from an lsd car to make it easier to get the right gearbox but id imagine 95% are the same but there'll be a few extra for the lsd box

£326 from japan not including import tax and customs charges. So would be upwards of £400 Could try your local toyota see what crazy price they probably have, part numbers 52119-10400 Oh you'd also need the grill and fog lights to go with it Grill (choice of 4 colours) is £78 + import Foglights are 98 spec V fogs i think otherwise new ones are a minimum of £51 + import

dyno run on sunday, and the result will be ????????
morgey replied to mikey4410's topic in Performance & Track Days
Did they stop the run early for any reason? Bad fuelling or knock etc? Not bad results Though -
Thats the bit that you remove with the circlip. Thats all that holds that on. Remove the clip, tap the tripod joint off then you have access to the outer joint
-
on the wheels i assume. If so yes
-
If youre not replacing the outter CV joint take the inner one off. Its litterally pop it out the cup and remove a circlip. Then you can get the other one off and not risk damaging your CV joint
-
This site should help you with that http://jp-carparts.com/toyota/figlist.php?maker=toyota&type=121150&cartype=9
-
If you know the part numbers try www.amayama.com Just bare in mind you have a release/handling fee from the uk customs and import tax etc so add about 30% to the quoted price

Im pretty sure they are on splines but not 100% Mines doing the same thing so will have a look when i get around to it
-
The arms should be on splines to stop it from rotating over time? did you have to lift it off to rotate it or could you do it from just loosening it?
-
Diffs working well then haha
-
Yeah theyre the guys behind the yaris WRC. They also do a lot of aftermarket work for the likes of the GT86.
