  1. This is my next port of call. I've got the same problem as you, steering yanks left or right. Either from a standing start or a heavy boot of the right foot even in 4th or 5th at motorway speeds. Im changing all my steering parts, pòly bushing everything thats not, alignment done, poly engine mounts. Then if its still doing it the cars getting scrapped lol
  2. Back to front steering wheel
  3. Same mine sits on cold idle half the time without one. Its half the reason my mpg dropped from high 30s to low haha
  4. Import and handling on parts is nearly 30% the import fees are charged ontop of total price including any jap shippinh and handling fees so bare that in mind
  5. Its deffo better no doubt about it, but i would imagine some of its down to the stat being old/lazy i barely need a rad fan tbh haha
  6. Not got a turbo but is 1.6, when i changed from my stock na rad to a civic alloy rad my car struggled to get up to temp and actually over cooled and switched back onto cold idle if i was cruising and pulled up to some traffic lights etc. Im not running a cooling panel or anything Extra just changed my rad
  7. Im sure i read that Youre actually better having no gap between the ic and the rad as the air that passes through the ic then buffers/swirls and creates a barrier Between the both of them.
  8. Approved but could you please update with £ or €. Add whether postage is extra or included and list this items mixed turbo, lights, scoop switches with an individual price please, dont worry about the trim parts
  9. yeah basically if you push the shifter to the left past where 1st/2nd is you will notice something somewhere of the main housing stopping it from going further basically cut away where its hitting lol. I think its underneath it. As for the cables im not sure you might need to put the cable holder from your old 5speed box onto it to use your cables. Its worth a try before buying new ones.
  10. You can notch out your shifter to allow the extra movement for reverse
  11. Honestly id ring and ask. Mine were like that because imports dont have immobs but later once they had my money they didnt care lol
  12. Ill scope them out cheers. Will prob be cheaper than what i just paid but oh well lol
  13. You were looking at the A048's not the ad08's ;) Thats a cracking price, where was that from? Id consider these over the AD08's just for the £24 saving a corner lol i found demon tweaks had the for 50+ vat and delivery which would make them about £62each.
  14. I could almost make a rep from my corolla Sr wheel. Just need a metal ring with some ctr sunk scews and a trd badge and i could make a mint!
  15. I had this problem with my company. They kept hassling for me to send in the cert and give details of the alarm in then end i asked how much more it would be without the alarm declared... absolutely nothing!
  16. Was on the web years ago, I've tried finding it since but never managed unfortunately
  17. I think the ae86 rack also had a large nut on it that allowed for tightening and loosening something on the rack to make the steering heavier or lighter
