  1. You can mismatch st202 carriers with levin twinpots for 277mm twinpots
  2. When does it do it? soeed bumps, cornering at speed, gear changes/acceleration/deceleration Something to check is the metal bar inside the rear beam. I think i read some one had snapped one of them somehow

  4. Good one i did a while bacn was changing a ball joint and track rod on a 306. Had the corner jacked up we were working on did thr balljoint fine but when it came to get it all back together we couldnt get the droplink anywhere near where it needed to be because with the weight on the other wheel it was working against us. Took us forever to realise haha

  10. One of my mates didnt do his wheel nuts up. Wheel came off bounced up a kerb hit a lamp post bounced back and smashed his windscreen true story. No dinosaurs!
  11. Well the car is back on its wheels. cleaned and greased all the old and new poly bushes. I've now whipped off the gearbox mount and pulled the old rubber out so now i can clean it up repaint it and make my poly mounts ill get some pics if they work out! Also my wheel spacers turned up finally. Staggered 25 and 30mm, bit wider for the rear to compensate for the GT rear axle. Will need some arch rolling but will make the car look much better as the wheels are a bit lost under the arches. They look so good, be a shame to ruin them by putting them on the car lol

  17. Hahaha thats brilliant. a good one i usually do is jack the car up before loosening the wheels. I aslo didnt do my head bolts up properly on my old 4efe so in turn blew the head gasket i had just replaced haha live and learn hey! It was my first time taking an engine apart and back together again...
  18. Get a dry sump setup and you'll have more ground clearance ;) But seriously dont go too low and kill it haha

  20. Compression check. 150 or above? Set base timing. Were you driving it to test the shift light or reving it on the spot?
