Parts are from a 16v hi-torque (smallport) 1991 I have inlet manifold (non tvis) Obx 4-2-1 exhaust manifold but has been modded for a 20v head (easy fix) Distributor setup with ht leads Head with cams and valves. Bare 7 rib block pistons and rods. Sump No auxiliaries, no crankshaft, no engine mounts, no wiring loom, no oil pump. The engine spun a bearing so stripped it to bits to rebuild it but bought a 20v instead

Before some1 mentions me. No i dont have one spare I do have parts of one though
-
Ill try and help but cant promise anything Haha

Hard to say as I've only driven with these or a cusco that wasnt in the best of ways. For the best part you dont know its there but come to some corners and you can really feel it doing its job i wouldnt say its as intrusive as a clutch type but im sure a well setup clutch type would be a lot better than the cusco i had. I dont think it locks up as well off the line either. But hey for the money whos complaining lol

Erm the boxes go for 150-350 depending on condition. Sometimes u can blag one for 100 when they dont know what they have haha. For a stand alone diff. 100-150? Maybe a bit more
-
because it looks exactlt like the levin ones in my 2 boxes lol

I've got a set of headlights. No clips in the back but you can use yours, can have both for the price of postage
-
Cheers dude. I hate to say it but it is a much better car than the starlet, im hoping my next revisions to that fix that and make it drive something more like this, albeit a bit more raw.

shims aint cheap im affaid. Id expect nearly £7-8 each hench why i mentioned scrappy runs. Yeah thats it. You may find you can move some around to save you buying all 16. You can also get them ground to height by a machine shop if you dont have enough clearance.
-
You can raid scrappies for them. Lots of toyotas use the same size and in some cases so to other cars. Regards to measuring, check clearance then remove it and measure it and ask for one said size bigger or smaller.

Quote Aamir: Also in regards to you lot saying I broke the rules? No I didnt break any rules. I never listed any prices so don't shoot me. All I did was simply put my full spec on my BUILD thread. Yes you did do this, but you also followed it up saying any and all items were forsale. Therefore breaking the rules....
-
Maybe not but the intention was clearly there From a post following it Stating it was all for sale for the right price. thats been hidden but i can still view it and can indirectly quote it if you want to see it.
-
You've been a member on here long enough to know why its happened. you turned it into a breakers thread, as of the main title. All classified adverts need approval before being posted. Therefore breaking the rules hence being locked. Copy over your list grab some pics from your build and slap some prices with them in a breakers ad and we will get it approved. Once thats up and running your build thread will be unlocked for any further updates. The rules apply to everyone Im afraid.

Sometimes the friction surface can get scored, ware unevenly or get hotspots so will be skimmed. Nothing major i shouldnt think. I had one of mine lightened and they also increased the step from friction surface to cover mounting surface to bump the clamping pressure of the clutch. Not usually done when changing clutch though
-
Im not saying it doesnt happen but i have just flicked through the first few pages of build threads for ep91s and ep82 and found 1 or 2 mentions of breaking but none had gone to the extremes of listing parts ect And none had any major talks of pricing. You may feel it was a aimed attack but if you look at it from a non sided point of view it was a direct breaking thread Which goes against UKSO rules therefore was locked im sure once Aamir starts a proper breaking thread his build thread will be unlocked and all this can return to normal. Right so this weekend i came to this. Coilies were given a good wash, then coated in Wd to disperse any water and left to dry. Then removed the main body to clear the threads of any grit and dirt, then given a fine coat of grease before being reassembled. I also took the opportunity to raise them up 10mm from how they were previously set. Then set about the front, off with the old... these were factory fresh with 115k on them lol On with the new Well the fronts went fine as they were just bolt off bolt on along with the brake line. The rear on the other hand decided to put up a f

Thats a load of bull. The reason jap cars are lower milage is because their tax system goes by emmisions, the older the car the higher the emmisions generally becomes therefore the tax goes up. This basically forces old cars thar are perfectly fine to be exported, this increases the car trade as new cars are constantly being bought (most cars in japan are japanese if you hadnt noticed), the export businesses running and people with old cars paying crazy prices to keep their cars.

I use my passenger door lol My boot and drivers do this so if you find an answer ill be interested to know the fix as well
-
Yes it will.

Thats not a trd diff. Thats an OEM toyota levin lsd from an ae111.
-
Could anyone tell me if this is an lsd box?
morgey replied to kyle_h95's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Cant say from them pictures Im afraid. To use a non lsd box you need the rear gearbox bracket the mount on the chassis and the driverside driveshaft
