Cineworld Unlimited I hate video priacy personally. It ruins the film industry. To be fair that can be said about all piracy. I think that the technology is amazing. I could go out and download the film, but I want them to have my money so they can go out and make more films.

pm coming your way. -
Done another fresh oil change today, she's starting up no problems and running absolutely fine. Did I dodge a bullet there? Despite this car never working in my ownership thus far I think I might have got away with that one. We will see how long it lasts.

Interest point Adam. I couldn't imagine paying £1200 for a bride seat. So that's a good point.

I've just had this. Spark, fuel and oxygen. The car should go mate. That's all that is required. In theory anyway. As Ben says, if the timing is out then you are going to get an issue with oxygen, escaping gases and compression. A compression check will give you an indication. If you're really not mechanically minded, then consider getting a garage to have a look at it. In due time you can learn. But start with small projects and learn the basics and the move on up. We've all got to start somewhere and I found that just building a simple two stroke engine will cover the basics that wil -
Lol. I've already bought a pair of seats, Just didn't see they didn't have the covers. No bother I ain't that fussed

I've got rota's grids I Paid a fair bit more than £200 for them...Smart wheels. I don't see them as being that bad. better than what was on their before. Although I was very new to the JDM scene. I would definitely go for some very bespoke JDM wheels now

FCD??? And run more boost That's a shame about the power output. Does it at least feel fast to drive?

Colin this is crazy. Very amazing build you certainly do have teckers Keeping an eye on this.

Very sweet. I bet that tuning package wasn't cheap Tasty

Surely it depends on what you're buying. If it's purely 'the look' and has no functionality at all, like a cooling slam panel, then does it really matter? What pay £100 when a £25 one does exactly the same thing. It's iritating that some genuine parts can be surrounded by fakes, this just makes it hard to find.

Yeah well to be fair, I'm not a mechanic. This is my first car, I work in IT and it's been nothing but problems. I've done all the physical work myself and it's got a big thanks to people on the forums spurring me on when times have been tough and the advice they've given has been top notch. I don't mind it breaking. I don't mind the money losses. It's been a real crash course in mechanics and these cars are really simple to work on. So it's been a real treat to learn about. But needless to say I want a few months driving it problem free and then I'll crack on with some rebuilds.

Aye, KTM's are mint. It really annoys me people say they're unreliable when it's down to a lot of other factors, maintenance being key. Yeah mate. Obvious when I look at it now. Don't really know what I was thinking. Just that on my DT you do get sketechy coolant pipes going into the carb so I was like yeah that's plausible. Sorted now. Don't know how long for. A day, month, year? Just need to finish it off. Flush it with more and more oil then some decent stuff. Then focus on sorting my dt out.

Stressful. My mate has a Hilux he takes offroading. He completely filled the airbox with water, and the thing just battered its way through. Spluttered, coughed, then carried on going. Just the Japanese way. Aye Shaun, we had it running for about 25 minutes after we dumped the oil. So hopefully jobs a goodun.

Bloody donut ain't I. I gave away the plastic trim that covers the seat belt on both of my GT seats. So if you have struggle selling them and worse case scenario they're getting binned w/e then I'd buy the two plastic trim covers off you.

That's why we buy Jap cars. Did what you said Patman, but no water coming out. Dumped oil a few times and then spun it up the block. First time I've driven this car since October last year. And she felt better than ever. Ollie, you're a life saver mate. I appreciate your input on that one as I thought worse case scenario!!! But yeah, didn't take it heavy, just steadily up the road and it was very smooth, for a car five minutes ago was injecting water.....
-
Okay, I'm going back out to inspect. I'm fairly certain it's going to be this or similar. For many reasons which make sense now. Fingers crossed. Again cheers mate. Very blonde moment that I hopefully won't make again!
-
FML! Ollie, you're a big help. This explains a lot. Hopefully, no serious damage? Hopefully.
-
That's extremely likely. Thank you mate. So. That would explain why water is coming out of the idle control valve maybe?
-
Nope. This car is fcked. Engine oil is creamy. It's guzzled all the water. It doesn't want to drive....in other words. Fucked. I may have to give in to defeat on this car. £3000 I've spent on this car and it's still not wanting to go. The body work is attrocious anyway, sorry but six months, my dedication, this car may have to go.
