Aww I wanna go to Japan :S
-
No, but reading more into stuff rather than just hacking away, which is what I usually do :\

I payed £1600 for my Mk3....fcked. So yeah potentially this is a good buy. My bro payed £1800 for his TD04 Mk3 in GORGEOUS condition. So swings and roundabouts really. As people say, sell it for what you want to sell it for.
-
Annoying Ollie, But a lesson for me at least. Sucks I Know,
-
Mk1 ftw. And they also run low comp engines mate. My dad took his Mk1 to BBR to have it turbo'd BBR themselves said these engines don't need the compression lowering since they already run low comp pistons anyway.

Mate I'm not going to lie, the car looks gorgeous. And the Jap Crew your way mind! Love it. Very smart car. Jealous -
I do have some. I payed £50 for them. And I WAS SOO DISSAPPOINTED! Got skanked big time. I won't charge you £50 for them. Really just after postage and maybe a token gesture. Totally up to you. It's exactly what you ask, Ignition barrel and footwell lights. I was told they're OEM but I don't think they are personally. Bit annoyed and I wouldn't want to pass that on to yourself. So have a think. And if you want them then I can sort that out for you. PM me if you're interested.
-
Yeah LOL! Thank you. I know it's a bit thick to ask, but I've just been stressing out lately and pretty much my whole engine was stored in a boot that wouldn't shut. I was just getting rather annoyed. Thanks

Oh dear, I should count myself lucky in that case :/ Lol thanks though

Very sweet build Lots of goodies there. -
I kinda take it that the brand new bolts and OEM headgasket might as well go in the bin now I just love throwing away money, it's the best!
-
Yeah, cheers lads. Times like this when you do need some moral support. If I really work hard, it shouldn't be more than a few weeks set back.

That's so mint lmao. If it was my life wasn't so tragic then I would snap this up. I'd say that's a good price mate. -
Yep, I think you're right mate. If the weather is alright tomorrow, I'll get a lot of the work done.
-
That would work. But you won't get a hack saw in there. It's too tight. Then theres the risk of swarf into the bottome end. And I know for a fact that the thread inside is ruined. I think tomorrow I will begin the slow process of removing everything, and start again. Get it down to a engineering firm ASAP and get them to sort it out.

Completely flush. As you can probably imagine, it was a tight fit in, so it sure is hell ain't coming out without a fight. Question is Shaun, is it possible in situ? So greening about this. Can't believe my luck. Unreal. So much effort has gone into this as well. To mess up now is unreal

Hi, I've only gone and absolutely done myself good and proper here haven't I. I've literally gone a rebuilt this cylinder head on my car. Taking my time, doing everything and everything. Three months I've spent researching, buying and then doing the work (bar the skimming). And I've gone a snapped a bolt inside the cam shaft cap journal thingy. FML! I don't often seek advice. I already know the answer. But I want to see what you guys think. So I was reinstalling the cams into the head. All of the bolts were absolutely fine. Apart from the bottom bolt on I3. It would bite a

Hello, Wondering if anyone can help. Amongst the many things that are wrong with my car, put it this way a list of what works would be shorter...., the boot lid doesn't want to catch properly. I've had a little mooch and can't see anything obvious, or any adjustment. Had a little look on here but couldn't find much helpful So does anyone know of how I go about adjusting it so that it catches properly. Someone said packing the catch with a few washers which might work. Anyone else had this problem. Any ideas welcome. Thanks
