Sounds like a boost leak to me to be honest, turbos are noisy on starlets when spooling but not usually that loud. Do you have a boost gauge? What boost are you getting?

Wasted on a stock engine to be honest, bigger boost is better through something like a GT28. Standard engine is better on TD04 or CT9 in my opinion.

Depends on so many things, turbo can probably take 400bhp but depends on spec of engine and map etc to what the car will actually make.
