  1. Here are red n/a SW20 MR2 -1990 Rev1 vs Levin AE111 carriers and calibers. Brakepads are same, but other parts can't mix between. And MR2 arriers won't fit to any Starlet or Paseo hub. Calibers maybe to ST202 carriers, but not on Levin carriers what I looked fast. I don't have turbo SW20 calibers and carriers, because went straight to four piston Brembo calibers and custommade carriers. Pads are same anyway...
  2. I have 85-87 AE82 GT Corolla brakes and found that those are identical with -96 Paseo, thanks Toyota
  3. Have to mesure maybe today my Paseo disk and compare to n/a EP91 disks, Levin AE111 caliber and carrier should go this car also.
  4. It is from Paseo, You have very good eyes
  5. Fifi and Granny on roadtrip, one week between these pictures. Old Union gas station...
  6. Some earlier roadtrip pictures, one week time with these pictures. Found old Union gas station, cool place to take few car pictures, look like pictures are taken at same day but aren't
  7. So yesterdays too hard cornering result was broken front shock. I was having 90 degreen turn and maybe 60 km/h speed and in the corner huge bang sound. Steering wheel went weird and car didn't go straight anymore. I drove 1km away from highway, too dangerous place to stop at afternoon traffic. So my uppermount rubber died and I had maybe 10cm toe inside that wheel and some extra caster and camber. Tools were at home and only had original jack. So jacked car up and got it back on where it belongs. I drove 30km very easily back to home with that Then desided took my Paseo shocks to Starlet. Al
  8. This way, just swap pins. My EP70 with AE82 GT cluster...
  9. You have to follow old wirings and do reconnections, only way to secure right connections I think. All wires are there exept rpm signal if basic car is carburator EP70?
  10. Tested my old n/a SW20 carriers years ago, won't fit anyway to P7 hub. And what I remember calibers are different too, pads are same. Can take pictures tomorrow...
  11. Nice, lot of pictures also Rusty is good name for this, like the idea when peoole are naming their cars, specially old personal cars. Little job to get this rustfree, but I got Your idea to live with that and do only bigger lines first. You find pervert steelies, changing car totally with coilovers and painting also, that is fast way to do miracles to exterior Now five of my friend have EP70 very close capital of Finland (Helsinki), Starlet clan have taken very first steps I think, next summer maybe small gathering...
  12. We need Your EP70 thread come alive (EP71 code is used with 1,3L engine).
  13. Congratulations, one soul saved and back on road again. Must be much better feeling than getting P8 or P9 mot passed, so rare car there also
  14. Here is two different type TPS what I know, maybe there is more, who knows. Older TPs have only three position, idle, part gas and full throtle, easy to adjust. Newer one is variable and ecu gets more info from sensor. Other main values comes from oxygen sensor exept full throtle and MAP sensor all the time.
  15. What kind of TPS do You have in JDM Starlet, picture? I have seen two type of TPS, Euro n/a E10 Corolla, GT and Glanxa have old style boxy TPS. Euro n/a Starlet, Paseo and E11 Corolla have round style TPS in E-series TB's
  16. ITB is too far away from original dailycar building, i'm not going that sweet sound world Good headwork and exhaustmanifold and ITB are sweet, but then engine/head shoul be with independent cams ang G-head, just like 4A-GE.
  17. TPS for bogging and fuelpump for cornering. How much fuel do You had that time when going fast, maybe pump taking some air?
  18. Wtf, how my post is in Your thead, weird, can't move this, sorry.
  19. Expected much better torque with sligthly longer runners, but it only feels very little on low revs. When reving, can't feel any difference and these engines need revs :/ Better wow effect is when changing narrow 13" wheels or taking sparewheel and tools away from boot. So maybe there is +10hp and +10Nm , that isn't anything after driving some turbocars. Taking all weight away and adding better flowing manifolds and airfilter can get few car cap in speed competion or 1/4 mile. Intakemani can be changed, but message is that don't ecpect any difference, very expensive ponies if You have to b
  20. Finally somebodys P7 is going forward, good luck for MOT
  21. Found few new aftermarket TD04 turbos with pictures and prices, HL16T, HL13T, L14T. Not bad prices, any suitable models side of n/a 4E or 5E? http://www.biltema.fi/fi/Autoilu---MP/Autonvaraosat/Moottorin-osat/Ylilataus/Turboahdin/Turboahdin-2000019974/
  22. I don't have, only Paseo adjuster adopted, have to figure how it can be done, Paseo won't fit staight. Maybe Glanza mirrors are cheapest way, if can find somewhere. Otherwise electric mirrors are so stupid mod if same person is driving car every day...
  23. Here carriers and calibers from left ZZW30 MR2, AE82 Gti Corolla and AE111 Levin Corolla. Can test EE100 Corolla carriers some day, I have that spare car also. SW20 MR2 tested also, won't fit anyway
  24. I have fatty EP91 also, can test some day. Point was that Levin disks are same offset, only little bit bigger and thiker than MR2 disks, so this don't help anything to 5mm spacer under disk thing.
  25. Here are Levin carrier with ZZW30 MR2 disk on EP70 hub, same spacer needed as with Levin disk....
