Tbh i didnt find 1st all that bad either. id say change the final drive if anything and make the lot longer. Maybe its worse in 1st with boost? Cant say as only drove mine as an na so far lol

Its a starlet engine even when its broken it will work when IT wants too haha. drove 60 odd miles on mine when the bottom end whet on the jdm na and other than the massive amount of noise it ran fine?!?!
