  9. Compression ratio plays a part as people running high 7s have pushed 1.7-1.8 without issue but that's really on the threshold.

  12. Unless you spend top dollar any 20 year old Jap motor will come with a host of issues. Get a cared for Low mileage Evo 8/9, Audi B5 S4, BMW M sport as mentioned, Focus RS Mk1 (safe place for your money)
  13. This is such a good build James, but that's to be expected with your previous cars. Are you planning to retain the stock inlet with the final setup.
  14. Never seen it anything like that before, that's mad. I had my brother call me saying the road was under a foot of water and he's in Rochford, I thought he was over reacting. My sister lives right by where that picture is in Hockley. Hopefully there's not to much damage and it subsides.
