  2. Joel he who dares wins! ;) Next time should be an even better session (more drinks, more music, more playstation) Jay was taking the show away so me & Phil didnt want to steal his limelight Was good to finally meet you and Alan bro That Tokyo racing game has GT & Glanza in it by the way!!! Pikachu Glanza V appeared when you guys left ;) Joz
  3. I hope the 'bride' serves you well dude Good to catch up once again! Joz
  4. I have a whole SR clock cluster here Joel. Are you heading to Jay's tomorrow night? If so I'll bring them if they'll be any help. Joz
  5. Looks like everyone had a lot of fun! Thats the difference UKSC makes, one huge gathering of peeps = fun times Joz
  6. Will be seeing you Saturday night broski UKSCNI Unplugged. Joz
  7. She should fly through the mot mate Health to *ahem* vtec Joz
  8. Your GT could also possibly be running a bit rich which will affect fuel consumption. Stinky gasses usually come from running rich or unburnt fuel, which mine does. Any breathing mods will usually cause this i.e decat, gutted cat, mani, uprated exhaust system. I'll be getting mine tuned by emanage soon but the car runs fine and pulls as it should, when it should. The stop/start treatment will consume more fuel but it can't be avoided really. I'd say I drive similar to you (town drivng), warm up and cool the car down and give it full beans on private land, using 3rd to overtake when needed on normal roads and sticking to national speed limit. Joz
  9. Thanks for confirming that Motion My 5EFE certainly didn't, thats the thing. Good info. Joz
  10. A good indication would be to look back at Whitelines braces as I'm pretty sure there was the 2 bolt problem back then as well and people had to drill. Hardcore EP91 Cusco is always 100% for rear brace fitment but the plastic mount covers either have to be trimmed or removed. Joz
  11. 4EFE would also be missing a hole in the block for the knock sensor which FTE has. Joz
  12. Will last 100% as long as its maintained and never starved of engine oil or other fluids. Ensure as much as possible that its warmed up and cooled down to prolong turbo/engine life and operation. Making sure cooling system is clean and working properly and there are no oil leaks anywhere, if there is rectify them as soon as possible as could be serious if not attended to. Oh and its a kickass engine. Joz
  13. I hope its nothing serious Bill. Keep in touch mate Joz
  14. What is your budget? Any decent forged jdm wheel would suit perfect i.e Rays TE37 or 57F. Light enough to lift with one finger. Joz
  15. Your welcome Idy. Thats the thing, as soon as you fit one your ground clearance is already reduced by a few cm. Buying from eBay for these is 100%. If handling improvements are your thing you can't really go wrong. I'm pretty sure my old cusco now rocks on the nanglewagon lol! Joz
  16. You'd feel the difference further with a 4 point lower arm Id. Being FWD anything reinforcing the front of the chassis is quite noticeable/beneficial. They are recommended for track use but on a highly tuned street setup is fine and works for me. I'm no expert but with a lower arm fitted 'turning feel' is more responsive and tighter. I'm running 15's lowered around 35mm atm. Pics show similar ride height both Cusco and your items on old tanabes. your 4 point has slightly more clearance than the Cusco. Cusco is guaranteed to get hit in my experience. Cusco your Pros & Cons + Improved steering response/feel + Reduced wheel hop/torque steer + Tighter/harder turning/cornering confidence + Completes front bracing setup (ties lower suspension points) + Essential track item + Good addition to overall suspension setup + Affordable in both 2point/4 point options + Few brands to choose from (your/Tanabe/Cusco) + Solid - Will lower overall ground clearance once installed - WILL hit/scrape speedbumps/rocks if too low - 2 point has less exhaust/ground clearance - Will get a few battle scars as shown regardless of design - Can vibrate on exhaust pipe if not enough clearance - Not recommended if going super low - Some brands are hard to get e.g Tanabe These guys would recommend a 4 point any day Hope this helps Joz
  17. A simple transparent white decal (just uksc design sunstrip lettering) would look far tidier. Works for me Joz

There's a new DK in town I think I'll stick to the wife-beaters Joz

  20. Holy shit dude, that is some awesome news! Well happy for you mate. Enjoy Joz
  21. I think you'd be the envy of most for having such an awesome first car dude lol! Big congrats are in order. Health to drive and let the EP bug bite you time and time again on the way Joz
  22. Sorry to hear about the fubared gbox Luke. Try out the N/A gear ratios and see if you can tell the difference. I'm running a N/A box at the moment too but it has a diff. Either way hope you get up and running to how you'd like to be soon. Joz
  23. Lovely exhaust mate. I swear its an updated version of the HKS Hi Power. Its seems all of us Red EP owners have angled exhausts lol. Keep up the nice work and hope you get the mani situation sorted. I have a cheap Zisco ct9 screamer decat if you ever wanted to try one out. Its true they don't seal 100% so you will get the odd blow. The offer is there Joz
  24. There is always the chance of a fabricator defect unfortunately. Zisco products are often A1 but its not the first time I've heard of a problem with one of their manis. I'd get in contact with Keith@Zisco and let him know your problem. They are a professional outfit and should sort you out fine mate. Let us know how you get on. Joz
  25. The GT (as long as its running healthy) and thats coming from an EP91 driver! If I could start again I'd have a sorted GT. My EP is similar to poverty spec Glanza (no aircon/ew/cl/Ct9B) and it still doesnt accelerate as freely as the stock GT (Ct9a) did which my engine came out of. That GT however was very special, just ask Jay. Weight is everything. Joz
