  6. Thanks a lot guys, your kind words mean an awful lot It took a big step to go through with the front end as its not at all friendly on the pocket. However this is my pride and joy so I'm very glad I did as it really has transformed the whole car. The hard part now is to keep her maintained and running properly and of course more regular polishing (claying is next) That means regular oil dipstick/coolant checks and visits to Costa ^ ^ (Stop blaming the equipment like that capo jaystar Still not completely happy with the handling so will be reapplying the negative camber and going from th
  7. The force is still surprisingly strong Chef! Thanks again for the feedback chaps! Had the alignment done today. Tbh the front wheels are straighter but it negates the neg camber I had when she was slammed. I'll need that back once my bodyshop guy returns from hols. I also had the backbox bushes changed to keep it from hitting the rear axle less often... Printout (I'll get an Amjad style scan when I get my hp scanner working (don't ever buy hp all-in-ones!) Whilst she was up on the ramp Underneath was clear waxoyled and most components inc axle painted black Can also finally see the R
  8. Thanks for the feedback lads! Taking her for an alignment today after the lowering etc to have her hopefully driving as well as she looks I'll be looking at spacers further down the line but for now I'll be more than happy to just keep the front end in good nick. Will be on full alert for speedbumps and garages that have dodgy ramps thanks to the new stance. Interior is a little lacking so I'll be looking to invest in there next Performance wise there is not an awful lot more I want to do or spend hehe. Joz

  13. No need for custard Mr Wallace (I did have a good look in the cupboards by the way !). I actually used mspaint to black out that crap in the background Thanks very much for the kind comments lads, 4 months is a well overdue update :surrender: First things first, a HUGE thanks to Dan507 for agreeing to sell me HIS bumper and providing me with a painless and efficient service! Without this bumper I'd be stuck with 98 spec as EP Styling no longer trades, so its much appreciated bro. Its an honour that she will live on attached to my Red EP. Hope you like how it turned out ;) Am really pleased

  23. UR2's for sure and be sure to go low profile. Have tried 50 profile and in general feels more floaty and less planted than 45's. I feel they are a better all round tyre, great in the dry, fantastic in the wet, not many can say that! Perfect for where I live. Less softer than Eagles, Toyo or Yokos but still a decent compound. Average rim protection however... Have tried Kumho Ecsta KU31, Eagle GSD3 and UR2. Eagles are far more expensive than UR2s. Just check Camskill and you will understand, very highly recommended for the best prices delivered, fast too. £50 inc vat all in from Camskill f
