One of the biggest factors i guess, is to try and get stats on how many of these cars of left, alot get crashed or broken for spares. Never being sold in the UK makes it very difficult to gauge how many actually are left... Would making it open to allow people to submit any car, not just there own be a wise move? For example if a rare model of advance pops up on ebay, that isnt associated with a member on here, would it be wise to submit the reg, milage. etc for records...? Im not going to get involved with vin numbers, if someone is that intent on cloning a car, there going to do it with or without this site... I think tieing it in with membership on here would be the best way to stop the wrong fanbase looking through it...

We could make it so u hav to enter the full reg, but then it stars it out unless your a member on here?

end of day we all go car shows, pics are everywhere.. but some people really have a problem with it, but i guess there is no law saying you HAVE to submit!

yeh, i think its a good idea, i just dont want to compromise peoples security. etc i dont think having a reg is tooo bad, but i certainly would bother with vin etc...

i dont think a partial index wud work cus there are some of our cars with VERY close reg numbers... but some form of post count minimum or donated members only or sumthing like that?

This may be an idea, im sure ill get shot down in flames if not! As many of you know i put one of Taggys great ideas into real into quite good practice with the EP Power Leaderboard! Alot of interest, alot of people submitting and its a great tool for comparing stats! So now its time for one of my ideas, but ill go through it in simple terms and throw about the good and bad points! The Idea An Infobase (i know that sounds nerdy) As we all know, the Glanza's/GT Turbo's are quite rare cars, they were never sold in this country and are avaliable only as imports. Now im still aware there are at least a couple of thousand in the UK, but the majority are enthusiasts so... Have a central infobase of all the cars.. So people can submit there car, the reg, type, color, date of import, mileage, crash damaged records, owners, mod history, optional extras... So what are the benefits of this? It can allow us to keep a rough figure on just how many of these cars are left over here! It allows people to double check there buying a car that doesnt have a bad history! It can pose as a way of getting in touch with previous owners or even future owners of a car you used to own! However, the only downside to this of course is privacy, now I know alot of people will not want there reg number plastered all over a website. So im kind of open to ideas on security on this one... Do we incorporate it into this website with a post count limit before being able to view. Do we make it a username and password jobbie... Open to ideas now and advice, or do you think it'd be a waste of php code! I think i could do a good job of it, so if its an idea that would go down well speak up

Right, been too long since i last updated, ill be plain and simple! The Car went back to Race-Tech last night, Its having the following done: Fit New Turbo, GT30 (instead of a GT28 before) Fit New Distributor (to cure my missfire) Make & Fit, a FULL 3 Inch Exhaust System (Its 3inch to about the drivers seat at the moment, then 2.5" rest of way) Map The Car To Its Full Potiential! Then i can collect, ill keep you posted, but next week, could be very exciting x

Tell me the Chassis Numbers from Paseo & Tercel and ill add them in, is the 5e-fhe a turbo or na lump? The only problem we have is width, its bloody wide now and only just fits on the majority of monitors using a native resolution.... Can try me best tho!
