compared to fiesta, corsa, saxos the starlet brakes arent that bad... wtf u expecting from a 10year old car.... its a starlet end of the day... not a skyline... if your not happy buy levin's or willwoods ;)

a mate of mine just jacked his car up.....got into 3rd gear. rpms at about 4500rpm and sprayed degreaser down the filter pipe into turbo.... was quite suprised how well it worked actually cleaned the inside of his pipework, intercooler quite well! haha... but i wouldnt recommend this!

ios your smoking blue smoke out the exhaust? oil in the system is most likely turbo seals or valve stem oil seals.... but my money is on turbo seals ;)

there not that laggy mate.... but money strikes me as being taggys first priority.... so.... on a budget... i wud say a plug n play on stock engien and turbo will make a huge difference!

of which the price is? stock ct9's pop up between £60-£120 stock td04's r even less then that too!

u dont need a hybrid to see over 200bhp at all... stock turbo will do it... i got 202.6bhp at 1.1bar on MM RR Day... its all about management dude! plug n play ecus r THE BEST for the ct9's.... and will see u over 200bhp... hybrids arent worth it tbh u may as well just go td04 if u want more then 200bhp.... stock injectors will be fine

gotta remember dude, the engine in the car is naffed anyhow... no.1 cylinder is down on compression... so its junk anyways... put the orignal bonnet back on thats creased, ive got a set of steelies with bald tyres on i think sumwhere, take all your stuff out and see wat they do :/ This is bullshite mate, :/

problem is... if its spun a bearing it'll need regrinding work on crank and oversized shells... alot of pro engine builders wont touch a engine for a forged build if the bottom end's knocking... because the crankshafts are hardened and when u regrind them u get rid of that hardened layer... so they wear quicker and therefore knock again in no time... thought this was interesting... so if its someone u care about get it him to get hold of a servicable engine ;)
