thanks dude. yeah she'll get there. there's nothing REALLY wrong with her other than the oil leak. there are a few niggles that we need to sort, like one of the seats is a bit loose as a nut has worked its way off and the radiator is too loose to pass MOT regulations now, and there are still a fair few parts to fit, like the pulleys, and i need new tires for the Volks, but once we have the oil leak sorted we'll be on the road to an MOT no problem. it really is all about getting this damn leak stopped. if needs be when i move house, if we still cant get it stopped, i will buy an engine stand

In short, no I don't plan on that Steve. Someday I might come over to JAE if I have a young kid who is into his cars, but we're talking 10 years away here. That is also if UKSC is still alive, but more likely if i am still a part of it enough in 10 years to warrant paying that kind of money. Would I like to road trip over with a young son or daughter?? damn right, weejohn is a massive inspiration when it comes to that. will it happen?? not if its a choice between that and a ski holiday, no. Probably wont be many of us still around by then anyway they way things are going. I'll need to join SXO

Update There was a BadgerSports Inc man-banter meeting last nite for some perusal of Alan_E's new car...it is many lawls. whilst here, Alan and Joel also had a nosey at Project Badgersports, the outcome of which was that the Blitz SUS air filter is now fitted and the battery is on charge. there are differing theories as to the cause of my oil leak, and so a couple of experiments shall be run over the course of the coming days to see if we can pinpoint the source. sump painting today FTW.
