  2. Firstly, I'm running a wepr ct9 power up kit with a tial f38 wastegate, using a greddy profec a I'm running 0.6 on low and 0.75/0.8 high, on a stock Ecu. It seems sometimes if I'm in high boost and usually if I go quite quickly about 3k revs in 2nd but not hitting much boost(kinda like hanging on the power waiting for the moment to boost it) and when I floor it and hot full boost it sometimes jolts like fuel cut, has a loud backfire, but there is no eml on the dash like I used to get? Surely If this is fuel cut then why am I still creeping with an external wastegate? It doesn't look like it does when I watch the gauge usually but I never watch it if I'm blasting it like that lol My boost controller has a dip switch on the back for 'when overboost occurs' maybe I should try this?

  6. as above mine only has one spring Although one question, mine has the blue 0.6 bar spring in, yet without the boost controller set up it only hit 0.4 bar, any idea why?
  7. Looks completely different to mine mate, mine does work now though, out of interest, wat make boss is that as it looks fatter than mine, i had to make a black plastic trim piece to cover the gap with my boss
  8. Wilco motosave slel it if you have one local? If not a bodyshop suppliers or ebay which is cheapest My local wilco sells it for £15, ebay its like £6 posted last time i got some lol

  10. where is this o2 connection on the diag port? Mine smells rich but how do you know whats neat or burnt? I've always assumed its since fitting my mani decat etc and turning boost up?

  13. I seem to have solved it, it now cancels and the horn seems to work ok, glad I didn't need to shell out for an expensive boss kit. If anyone wants some help on how to do it let me know

  16. Right this is annoying lol Firstly, how do I make the horn work, as in I can get it to work off the button but it keeps snapping the wire, what can I use that won't snap when turning? Also, the holes on the boss don't line up with the pins on the little indicator ring thing.
  17. Ah right, well I've got that ring but I must have misaligned it as it doesn't seem to cancel them at the moment but there is 3 holes on the back of the boss yeah, will have a look when I'm Home
  18. I've installed my new wheel and boss kit, got the horn working and airbag light to go out, but the indicators don't self cancel, is there something I've missed at all?
  19. £100 is a bargain, could get a new flexi welded in and that box cut out For less than £100
  20. Does it need the pas bracket grinding to fit? Oh and is this what you need to relocate the filter?
  21. I was gonna say mine isn't fitted yet but does feel a lot stronger, however the reason it isn't fitted is one of the bolt heads rounded before I managed to tighten the wheel on the boss lol, so need to get some new bolts

  23. You can scroll down to the bottom and click view full version then delete them on the full site? A pain but that's how I do it lol.
  24. As above, my bonnet says 10w-30, I use 10w-40 semi now
  25. Water pump, or early stages of head gasket spring to mind mate.
