    I’d rather make them to order tbh, I do make a few tools for stock but only the ones that sell well, these only take an hour or so to do anyway.

    Cheers, the tool for fitting the guides also doubles up as a stem seal fitter too perfect!

    Thats not a problem mate, I’ll give you a tip too knock the out from the block side and in from the top, also leave the new gides in the freezer over night before fitting them! Pm me

    I’ve used both at work helicoils and the threaded inserts. Depends what we have on the shelf at the time, never had any problems with either really but the thread insert is definitely the favourite

    Helicoil or a threaded insert type repair would hold I recon, I did a bus engine last week with one and there torqued down 30nm, 90°+ 90° + 60° on m12 bolts so I’m pretty sure they will hold if done properly

    If you change both you will be fine mate, there all the same fitment just different shapes at the bottom. So the pick up needs to match the sump.

    They are completely different, the sump is a different shape on all 3 engines, the gt been the biggest sump of them all, the glanza is closer to the n/a but its not the same. Its better to fit the pick up to go with the sump you use

    There different cams in the N/A engine to the turbo there different part numbers if you check them.

    The sportif I had had both sides missing from the tank to the rear valance, they'd completely rotted off! My SR is fine there tho but I have done a small repair on a cill and the back corner on the N/s

    Yes you need the inner plastics as the glanza bumper is deeper and wider than the N/A bumper.

    Deans stuff is first class and hes a top lad too, he did my custom inlet for the 8 injector set up.

    You can just fit the thermostat housing from a turbo engine and then you would have the feeds
