Take the coolant cap off and let the car idle. You will see it bubbling up if there is exhaust gases in it. John
-
No need to apologise bud. It's exactly what people look for when searching the forum, clarification John

I think you need to blank the intercooler pipe where the BOV goes. Could be wrong though John

Does it increase with revs? John

Have you checked your spring and top mount? John

Jay mo is good with the welder. He put an exhaust on my A4 and altered my Starlet exhaust. I always go to Julian now. John -

Julian is a gentleman! Depends what you want done? Mark at CMB knows his way around a Starlet. He's at Pitmedden John -
Ah I knew it was 5w but didn't realise it was 21w for the brake. That would make complete sense though John

I got a stop tail light bulb for my GT the other day and it was referred to as a 21/5w if that's any help John

My mate used a place called Coastal performance I think down at the borders for his Mini getting alignment and corner weighted. They used the string and big rules and he said it was a massive transformation on the car! John

Thanks Ollie and rwdrev. I knew I read that a casing needed kept somewhere. John
-
Agree with Dan. I put mine downwards and slid it under the car. Saves straining your back trying to move it about John
-
Not supposed to leave the metal casing in on the GT rear beam for the poly bushes or did I misread that? John
-
Shaun, PM me where this guy is. I don't mind a jaunt down the road for a decent setup like that. Cheers John

Is that not a bit low for a filter with regards to puddles etc? John
-
I think you have to buy the gaskets separately regardless dude. John
-
Spied a silver N reg Glanza in Inverurie on Sunday. Gave you a flash in a silver Audi A4? Also waved to Cammy on Friday night and n Inverurie in a Blue A4. John

Dude you are asking the same questions over and over?! John

I've seen jelly with less wobble in it then my ct9
Johnboy GT replied to Gumball89's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Be as well sending that ct9 off to be rebuilt or inspected to see if it can be rebuilt. Chances are you will come across this problem time and again if you keep buying used ct9's. Rebuild would probably cost in the region of £200. That's what I would do so only a suggestion buddy John -
I can sell you a twin beacon off my van bud. John
