  3. You can do it but you have moved your intercooler from there so there is no chance of heat soak so to me it seems pointless putting your oil cooler there? John
  4. Morning Looking for someone to tell me the easiest way to change my CV boots. Where is best to split the drive shaft and any problems I am likely to incur. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is one of the last few jobs on a dwindling mot list. Cheers John

  8. Lovely car, what coilovers are they as it looks alot lower at the rear than mine? John
  9. This has happened to me also. Checked the clearances, swapped with a known good head and cams and it's still there. Is it possible the tension of the cam can cause it? John
  10. The cone on the fitting is where it seals. Check that there isn't a flat spot on the cone mate. John
  11. Hoses on the back of the inlet manifold on the correct way round? John

  13. Found your add on Gumtree bud. I wouldn't have said it was badly priced really, bit of a downer having no MOT but if you know what it needs and it isn't much then I'd stick to your guns John
  14. My dad had one of these in black which I can vaguely remember. He's says it's the best car he's ever had! Loving it! John
  15. Out of curiosity would a lightweight pulley without the dampener cause a ticking noise? John
  16. Genuine toyota head to manifold gasket. What turbo kit are you using? You won't need any paste for these gaskets anyway. John
  17. Buy the weld in fittings and take it to any welder and they would manage. Or Dean at RW Developments or check the Facebook page Guess Worx I think it is. John
  18. Perseverance. I took the arm off the car, cut as close to the base of the metal back plate on the bush, hammer and chisel. Came off eventually. John

  21. Ahh you are a gentleman. I'll get a photo tonight and post it. I'm assuming I've lost a bit for the top as it worked before I took the engine out the car. John
  22. Can always plumb it back to standard and have it sit in the engine or on the rocker....
  23. Spot on bud. Going t persevere with wd40 but I'll order a rebuild kit just incase. May buy those calipers off you incase as well. John
  24. I've rebuilt a few calipers so I shouldn't stumble too much 😂 John
