  5. I've got one sitting at TD but there was corrosion between the compressor housing and exhaust housing. Not sure if it's of any use to you but can enquire about getting it back for you bud? John
  6. I don't think these bulbs come out of the plastic plug? When I bought mine it was a hb3 I think. One type has one plastic slot on it and the other has 2. John

  9. If it starts to go anywhere above half then I would start questioning. The gauge doesn't tend t move a massive amount after the fan kicks in, just enough to bring it down to below where the fan would normally come on. As for sitting outside your house with it running I assume from cold, you will be hard pushed to generate enough heat to bring the fan on without putting the engine under load John
  10. What temp are you classing as overheating? If the fan is kicking in and it drops the temperature then it's doing its job surely? John

  13. Dual core civic rad, slimline fan, anti freeze and low temp thermostat and haven't seen my gauge go anymore than a third of the way up John

  16. Just out of curiosity do you have the two bolts that bolt the bottom part of a rear three point strut brace? John
  17. I highly doubt it's your gearbox bud. Swap the clutch and see how you get on. John
  18. Sounds like it's trying to engage the gear without full use of the clutch. So its stalling when you put it straight into third? Do you have another clutch to try I. E the one you removed? Or even to compare it with? John
