usually td04 decats are specific to certain manifolds mate. so you may want to mention what kind of manifold you need the decat to suit...seen a few used decats on here...

yes you can make more than 300. had a customer put down 280whp on Gt28 on a straight through 2.5" (straight through, no stepdown at downpipe). you can PM me for dyno sheet if you wish.

we can supply a 2.5" straight through downpipe. but you'd need to customize your exhaust to have it fit mate as your cat back is designed to fit stock cat. our downpipes come with stock fitment as default..but customer can request for 2.5" or even 3" straight through downpipes..downpipe end of the exhaust would need to be adjusted to fit with these options. getting rid of the restriction would give you a little more power.

hi ollieh...we have a lot of experience with kei car turbo kits... gt15 or gt17 works real well. very fast spool up. we have several alto k10 (1000cc) 3 cyl's with our custom turbo kits...gt15 gives full boost under 3000rpm.

its only dumb not to ask questions when in doubt mate...so fire away !!! this refers to the Tial waste gate type. the older 38mm has a bolt type fitment. the newer Tial 38mm has a vband fitment. if you plan on using the newer vband Tial...then there is an extra charge mate.

get a tial... most cheap/fake waste gate work ok at low boost...but when you start cranking up the boost..thats when they start failing...dont risk you motor over a couple of quid

it could be just the dyno mate. some do read low. you can always take it to another and do a power run. by the way full boost@4200rpm for a td04 hybrid is not laggy. sounds normal.

there does not seem to be enough interest for a group buy mate... :/
